Needed emergency service on a Sunday morning. Called at 11AM, service tech was there by 1PM, problem completely resolved by 3PM. Responsive, punctual, professional and very clearly explained the problem to us and how we could avoid it in the future. Price was VERY reasonable. Fantastic service and highly recommend.

Hy-Pro is a rip off and I am so happy that I didn't use them.. if I went with them I would have WASTED money, and been REAL MAD. Here's my story;I had a bathroom sink that would not drain. Had them come out to quote work to get it draining again. Told me they'd have to replace 5-6ft of pipe as it was an obvious flow issue" ( I have been in this house 5 years and there has never been a flow issue ). Quoted me $776.07!!!! The 5ft of pipe along was quoted at $457!! NOTE THAT PRICE WAS JUST THE PARTS!! Ended up calling someone else

He answered some additional questions I had about the pipes, and put me at ease about my mini plumbing emergency. Gerald and Edwards were very professional in the execution of the work I requested. The were also patient in explaining what needed to be done to replace the cartridge in my shower as well as they discuss the risks they identified. I could see they were experienced in what they do and I would definitely use there services again.
