Amazing...this is what I miss about small stores. They are experts in what they sell. Never try to sell you stuff that u do not need. Even give u tips and tricks along the way. All the LIVE BAIT u can ask for, makes u excited to get back into fishing. Now hopefully my kids will see and understand the difference between service, quality and knowledge over speed and made in china and break.

Where do i begin, i don’t care about all the negative reviews, the owner is a nice man, had a great conversation with him and he shared some good tips for me. I bought some roe and a nice reel from him. The store owner had surgery that leaves him tired but is still willing to help his customers. Will be back for sure and already told all of my fishing friends about it. Thanks for the Great Experience!

This guy has zero customer appreciation, when I walked into the store it was filled with smoke from the cigar he was smoking. I was a returning customer and he jacked up the price of shiner minnows to double because no one else had any. That's the last time he will see my money, there is a place just down the street where the bait is very reasonable and the owner is friendly.

The owner Val is a very knowledgeable guy! If you can't find something he will get it for you. I needed a bulk order for some plastics and he came through with everything I ordered, even gave me ones that he recommended for free as he thought they might get me some more big ones. He even asked me to go on pro/amateur fishing tournament with him. Great guy!Highly recommend as I get pretty much all my fishing needs from Val

Way too pricey for shiners, get your live bait elsewhere buddy’s no good. Doesn’t give u multiple sizes. Some were dead before I even left the store, bait man lazy. Seen them old guys up north and in town take care of me way better then this. Don’t waste your time

Great experience overall.Gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable, friendly, and direct. He suggested a few local hotspots & lures (which have been dynamite!), and shared a couple of great stories all while setting up my license. I was out of there in 10 minutes flat.It’s a well established shop with great live baits, and practically everything you need for any season.

Amazing service and stock this store has. Much better than Westend. The owner is very knowledgeable, just ask him and he will share his tips and tricks with you :). He hooked me up with some tackle for whitefish that absolutely worked.
