We had hosted our son's birthday party here last year and was looking forward to having his 8th birthday at Serratus again this year. We were very disappointed with the business model of how they booked multiple parties simultaneously in a small facility which took away the quality and value for the customers. When we had the birthday party last year, we had the party room booking for the entire duration of our paid reservation (2-hours) which would be consistent with other indoor playground facilities. When re-booking another party this year, we were under the impression that the standard of expectation was the same as there were no other written communication specifying otherwise and the only phone call we received only confirmed our reservation for the 2-hour party. When we got there 15 min early as requested, we were told that we would only get the room for 30min to set up, feed the large group of children, open gifts, and pack up. In addition, the room would not be available until 1-hour into our reservation so we would need to move all the gifts and lug all of our food & supplies twice to move it from a storage room. It was very upsetting that the communication was not transparent. When I inquired on why the policy is so inconvenient for clients, I was informed that they need to put through as many parties as possible and they only have 1 room to host the birthday parties. This is also a big reason why we will never come back to Serratus. During our paid reservation, there was also 2 other birthday groups that were also sharing the small facility. When our group had our final 30min of free time" to use the equipment

We had my son's birthday party here last night and loved it. He has also been taking classes here for the last 5 years. There was no work to us for the party and all the kids had so much fun. Would definitely recommend it.

We were very pleased with our experience at Serratus, when we hosted our sons birthday party here… I especially appreciated the helpful and knowledgeable staff and awesome/easy communication leading up to the party. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a party activity for a high-energy, active group of kids!!

We had our 6 year old's birthday party at Serratus Movement Centre. The experience we had was great. The staff at the desk was more than friendly and helpful in letting us put our party supplies and decorations in a room while the party room was getting cleaned up from the prior party. She also helped to bring our items up to set up and down after the party was done. The kids all had fun getting to run around, climbing, jumping and hanging on obstacles. I'm not sure all of the activities/obstacles were suitable for 6 year old's (they seemed kind of advanced) but they all gave it a try. The only other comment I'd have is that I'm not sure 30 minutes in the party room was enough time for our group. We had pizza and cupcakes but our child wanted to open gifts with everyone there. The 30 minutes wasn't enough time. We probably stayed an extra 15 minutes to fit it all in (staff were incredibly accommodating and great). If we didn't do gifts, it was probably fine. Overall, an easy, friendly and fun place to host a 6 year old's birthday party and would recommend for sure. Thanks again!

Booked a birthday party for my seven year old daughter and it was awesome! The instructor was very patient with the kids and helped them 'train' and then 'compete' on a ninja warrior course (customized to their skill level). They had a separate room with a fridge and allowed us to bring in our own food. Afterwards, the kids were given free time to try any obstacle and no one wanted to leave. WE LOVED IT!

My son and his friends thoroughly enjoyed his birthday party at Serratus Movement Centre. There were activities for all age and ability levels. The staff were all very welcoming and the instructor/trainer, Eddie, was amazing with the kids. We will be back!

Manitoba Marlins TAG group had a team bonding activity here and it was awesome! Our instructors (Edee, Oliver, Noah) kept our group engaged and having fun! Avery was also awesome at the front desk. Thanks Serratus team! We hope to be back soon :)

My 11 year old daughter had her birthday party here. Her, and her friends had a blast with the jumping climbing parkour/ninja warrior style setup. Would highly recommend it for birthday/group events.

I had lots of fun at the Ninja gym! Was there with a group of 17 for a birthday party. They had two instructors for us and were very nice and accommodating.One thing I will mention is that it is a gym and geared more for fit people and kids, but still had a few activities for all skill levels.

I did my daughter's 11th birthday party here. There were 8 girls including her. They all had so much fun! The amount of time was great and they got to do a variety of things. It was so smooth and effortless and everything was easy to book and clean up. I really liked having it here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a birthday party here.
