Waiting hours over the phone was horrific.. Then in their office, the first staff who was attending me was blaming me (she was loud enough that I could hear her complains on me) that I confuse her over my request. Good thing there was a staff nearby who was more expert and calm and easily figured it out and solved the problem in 2minutes. Beware, look for an expert right away and don't waste your time for staff who talks loud but has less knowledge.

Website is complete garbage, can't even log-in to my account. I changed my password, still won't let me in. So then I made a new email so I could finally apply for a health card and it says what I entered is incorrect even though it was not. Ridiculous since you can't apply over the phone and there is literally nowhere in Moose jaw to apply in person. Unreal.

Worst ever, nothing works, constant errors, nobody available to help. It literally says they're too busy to take your call and then it hangs up in your face.

Ok, I know everyone complains about this but look, their call in office opens at 8am, their main office doors open at 9am. I was on hold for 18 minutes to talk to the very nice lady who sorted out my problem in about 10 minutes. It would be nice if they had a countdown while on hold but they don't yet. If you move addresses you need to call and let them know. Call in the early morning and be patient on hold. Breath, relax, trust the process, chill. Government is never perfect and the people on the phone are not the ones in control of how things work.

Unhelpful, disinterested staff. Their goal was to quickly dispose of me and my call. After that didn't work, they blamed Life Lab staff and sent me on a wrong path instead of doing their jobs and investigating my issue, which was not a complex one. Shameful treatment. Does anyone care? Anyone at all?

I’ve heard about being on hold for hours, but I can’t even get on hold… they just have a message saying they don’t have time to answer the phone and it disconnects. 10 times on multiple days. Also don’t answer emails. I need important documents for important things!!!! Can someone pleeeeeeasseeee talk to me? I will pay. Thanks.

I've been on hold for 3+ hours.. just trying to get my pin to register for the service. It would be nice to be able to use the service our taxes pay for and will soon be critical to entering many businesses.Update: got called about 9 hours later. Super happy with the service I received once they called

Worst website I may have ever used. Cannot even see my own health card number on there. Requested a new health card because of marital status and address change months ago, still no new card or update on the application. Calling in is just as bad, both the 1-800 and Regina numbers are automated and say your call is important to us and then they disconnect. Truly wish I could give this 0 stars.

I recently had the opportunity to visit eHealth Saskatchewan after moving from British Columbia to Regina, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by their staff members. My main objective was to obtain health cards for my family, which included my wife and two kids, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient the process was.The staff members at eHealth Saskatchewan were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout the entire process, and they made sure that we were comfortable and informed every step of the way.
