I went for a hair cut. I wanted a inverted bob with some layer in the front. And i got the style just how i like it. I've tried many places before and i always got something different. So I'm glad i tried this place. My hairstylist named Miki. She is very nice and friendly. She used scissors to cut my hair and I really like this [because I had been to places where they used razor instead. It makes my hair end sharp and feels itchy when poking on my neck. ] I have alot more hair than average people and she was very patient and thorough. She did it small portions at time and keep checking the length to make sure its even and to the length i wanted. Loved the experience. I will definitely come here again for my next hair cut.

I've been wanting to try this salon for years, and finally booked an appointment today. I was tired of my long hair and Kaori did a great job cutting and styling my hair into a short/slightly medium style! Will come again one day, thank you :)

A big, big thank you to Ayuko for the beautiful haircut, treatment, colour & styling! It is even better than I had wanted and my hair (very ugly and dry before as you can see in the photo) feels so soft and silky now, even after bleaching. By far the best haircut/hairstyle I have ever had :) Ayuko was so kind and patient answering all my questions and spent time teaching me how to care for and style my new hair. Will definitely be coming back, for me and my family. Thank you so much for all your time, Ayuko!Side note: The salon is very spacious and clean, with good covid protocols in place. They have parking in the front & back, just make sure you park in the spots marked for Tokyo Allure. Some reviewers complained about communication issues. My tip is to show them pictures of what you want. I actually printed a photo to show Ayuko because I don't think I can verbally explain what I wanted.

Had a 2x bleach + colouring + haircut with Nissy today. He was very thorough and walked me through on the steps he was doing. My hair did not respond well to the colouring and he asked me to come back later in the day after making sure several times that I was alright with it.The overall process ended up taking a while, but since it was after hours and very quiet (after I came back later in the day), while we were waiting for the colour to process he pulled out some coins and showed off some magic tricks to pass the time.I was also provided with clear instructions on continual of care for the hair. Overall had a great experience. Thank you Nissy! :D

Great thank to Mitsu for this lovely haircut. He was patient and nice when discussing the hairstyle. I showed him the photo of my desired style and he had made it!Will definitely come back for my next haircut!

My hairdresser is Takashi. First time I went there for bang cutting only, he gave me some suggestion for my hairstyle, it did make sense soI booked the another hair cut right away. It took 1 hour for him to trim my hair, very thoroughly and detail oriented, my hair looked much lighter and fits well. Thanks Takashi. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for nearly a decade and their stylists really do make you feel welcome and special! Makoto and Tomo have been my go to stylists and they never miss!!

The staff there are very polite ( I forgot her name), and professional. When I called them to book an appointment for hair coloring, she will ask me my preference and discuss with me whether I need to bleach before coloring or not. While I'm unable to make decisions, she will invite me to visit the store and show me the color samples, to discuss what colors I preferred. It's like a pre-consultation. She's so attentive and generous to provide a very good service to customers.
