This is the closest Subway restaurant to my home so it is usually my go-to store. Service & quality never blew me away but I never had any unpleasant visits either. Tonight however, I was shocked to see that the lettuce has turned brown, some even started to blacken (especially in the lower right corner of the lettuce tray, less obvious in picture but it is way worse in person). When I asked if we have fresh lettuce, I was given the answer that that's all we have

I ordered online and forgot to add a coupon, when I picked up and asked to add the coupon right in front of the staff. She refused. Such a bad customer service!

Terrible customer service. Had a coupon from buying a $25 gift card. Manager then came up to me and lied to me in my face on how the coupon needs to be scanned for it work. Didn't want to make a fuss over it, but not coming back to this greedy location again.

In and out quickly. Service was efficient and kept professional. Everything looked fresh, no brown lettuce. Store was clean and social distancing respected. At one point a sixth person entered the store and was nicely explained that only 5 were allowed at any one time and to please wait outside a moment, it wouldn't be long.

Very unprofessional staff. I was there at 6:15PM on 22 Sep 2022.The female staff there was using one pair of disposable gloves to serve all customers. She was touching meat and everything else that a vegan would not want to come on their food.When I asked why did you not change the gloves before touching my bread to that she said, oh! You should have told that you are taking veggie or so.I mean really, wherever I go in Subway, they change the gloves for each new customer order. So if Nobody tells her, she would not changed the gloves.I had to leave in disgust, and the staff was so cool about it. As if I was wrong!Someone from Subway or the Franchise owner should look into this matter please!

I will go out of my way to go to this location. The staff there are personable, make educated recommendations and show care when handling/ making your food. Always fresh ingredients and will go the extra mile to make sure you don't have the banana pepper pits in your food. The staff here enjoy what they do!

Placed an order for the new mozzarella and tomato sub, which I ordered extra mozzarella cheese. They misunderstood my order, and I had to pay for the extra cheese and for the replacemen. I paid it but was not impressed. They explained that I had to pay it or the store would get hit with the expense. I'm not impressed with their customer service or how they handled this issue.
