After an increase with my current insurance provider, I decided to shop around to see what else is out there. I called Kyle Houston's agency and spoke with Olivia Lopez. She was friendly, helpful and informative. After taking the necessary info, Olivia got back to me less than 20 minutes later with very competitive quotes and explained them thoroughly. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting (perhaps even over a week!) for the quotes from the other options I'm looking into. She managed to get the whole transaction done quickly and efficiently. When I requested for a quick chat, I thought I would have to wait days to get a reply. However, she replied instantly asking how she can be of service. I informed her that I need a home and auto insurance, preferably discounted if it can be possible. She sent me a questionnaire which I answered to the best of my ability. Then she called to clarify the answers I provided, and she gave me a reasonable quote. She then proceeded to explain everything about the insurance as well as what to expect and the payment plan. We finalized everything within the hour.
