My experience with Yorkn Inc. for the first time was a positive one. When I visited their website I was greeted with someone in a popup chat. I like to know I have someone on hand to help me out with my product search. In this case I did need the help. The chat rep was pleasantly polite and prompt with their responses. I was able to have all my questions answered and received follow up emails as well which is always appreciated. My order from start to finish was flawless and my product arrived within the expected timeframe. I was happy to deal with this distributor and hope to do more business in the near future.
