Took my lab puppy to Groomingdales for his first grooming not sure what to expect. cant say enough wonderful things about Sam and her team! I have already taken him back for a second appointment. Sam and Rachel were super knowledgable and patient with my pup. They had wonderful tips for his specific fur type and the best brushes to use. Plus he smelled absolutely amazing at the end of his appointment. I have now booked a standing monthly appointment!!!! 10/10

Took our guy for a bath and was very impressed at the cleanliness and extremely friendly staff! The gentleman directed us to the station and pointed out where we could find everything. The store is bright and clean and bath stations are the same price at any Pet Valu (about $11).If we lived in Milton, this would definitely be our go-to spot!

Thank you to Sam and the team! It can be tough to find a place to take your dog when they are as excitable as Hugo is. Everyone is super welcoming and it was a really positive experience. Hugo looks great and we will be back!

I had an appointment here on June 9th around 10 am. It was a TERRIBLE experience because of a miserable employee I didn’t get her name but she was the only one working at that time.We walk in and everything was fine until I had to dry my dog. At first I dried him at the tub with the towel mostly for the job done but the tub was just simply too wet to fully dry my dog. So I decided to put him down the tub and use the blower. After 10 seconds go by she shows up all angry and miserable and said you can’t do that. Your dog has to be in the “wet tub to dry”. It just didn’t make sense so I stop using the blower and got the towel and just dried him a little bit and she comes running again allAngry and miserable. I just decided to leave without fully drying my dog I couldn’t take it anymore. We will not be coming back.The pet valu on BRONTE IS SOMUCH BETTER. THE SHAMPOO IS ACTUALLY FULL ( not water down like in this location) , aprons available, unlimited towels, and also the people that work there are so much better. They actually care about their job and how they treat dogs and humans.This place is charged me 14$ which is fine but Atleast fill the shampoo bottle with real shampoo not water….Please do something about that employee.

Groomingdales is amazing! Sam gave my pup the best groom ever before I had to bring him to my parents (in order to minimize shedding as he sheds more than any dog I’ve ever seen!) so grateful to have them close by!!!!

Took my dog Maverick here for the 1st time, these ladies are great.. Maverick looked great , smelled great, he was happy , I was happy.. Very reasonable prices.. Already booked another appointment for future.. thanks for taking such good care of my fur baby.. Have a great New Year..

This is the best pet store location ever! The staff are absolutely amazing people. Every time I go in they are so helpful and friendly. On two occasions, employees Paris and Ellen have offered and carried my products to my car, even after I insisted they didn’t have to (they were not light products either). The customer service is unbeatable and I love every experience at this location – they definitely know what they’re doing!
