We were coming back from Alaska to NC and our motor in our truck went out and had to be replaced. This place was great. Kevin the man in charge and Thomas the mechanic were great. They knew we were on vacation and went above and beyond to get us running. What great service and friendly people.

Would not recommend, after a month wait and my truck had been broken into. They failed to install an injection pump properly which caused it to fail. After they refused to take responsibility i replaced the so called broken pump with another one. They failed to tighten the fuel lines properly causing the truck to leak quite a bit of fuel. The truck now will not start without prefilling the fuel bowl. This issue causes damage to the pump. Not to mention the battery terminals were not correctly installed. Shows lack of caring and professionalism. Again i do not recommend.Edit- this is how they modify a bracket to fit. Far from professional. And i forgot to mention theu never called me, i had to call them over and over again to get answers. And when they finally kicked it out broken again they somehow called my.mother to tell her it was ready but never once called me, the owner.Not to mention when they blamed me for the failed pump, they started yellin and swearing at me after i told them i cant afford all this time they are wasting and money.but its funny how my injection pump key is missing and that is directly related to a pumps failure to time. But its my fault.So far 2500$ into a simple gasket change and 8 months downthanks precision

Hats off to these guys. No shop in town was able to get me in for an alignment, they got me in 1 hour before closing, and informed me the truck I bought off a dealer in largely area that both side upper and lower ball joints were shot, and a few other front end pieces. 3 weeks into owning the truck. So they couldn't do much for the alignment but helped me find the problem

I thought I knew what the problem was and bought the parts to have precision install it, but they figured it out and I got the replacement parts and they had me up and running by the end of the day with only two extra hours of shop time

These guys at Precision auto are awesome! They seem to realize that people need their vehicles for everyday life and do their best to fit your vehicle in, fix it quick and thoroughly and also fair priced.

This garage was recommended to us by the guy who jumpstarted our car, when the battery died on us.They did a check up on the battery and the alternator, gave us great advise on sights in the area (we‘re travellers) and were great people to deal with.Would recommend

Awesome auto parts store, the crew here know their stuff. The pricing here is far better than NAPA. I priced out a rear wiper motor for my wife's vehicle, NAPA was $400.00 and the crew here was half the price, for the EXACT SAME part!! Best auto parts shop in town. Period.
