This place is very convenient and has excellent family meal options. It gives more menu options than most restaurants, and has a drive-thru option. We are always satisfied with the cost, convenience, and taste!

Food is OK, but I'll never be back, arrived 15 min after they opened, floor throughout was filthy, had never been cleaned since previous day, fly swatters sitting on window sills in public seating area. Stinky garbage in receptacles from previous day etc. Staff just standing there playing on phones when no customers, instead of picking up a mop. Considering how unclean the public area is, I'd hate to see the kitchen area.

We used to be very loyal customers. We loved the variety. We particularly enjoyed the meal for two priced at $38. Back in the day, they allowed you to choose three entrées with a selection of deep fried shrimp or chicken balls as a fourth, with soup and rice. Eventually, they eliminated the option of fried chicken and shrimp and cut it down to three entrees only. While their options are classically deep fried western Chinese food, the price was a little high, we accepted it because there were always leftovers. While it’s reasonable that prices have increased everywhere from inflation usually by a couple dollars, Panda Hut Express initially priced the meal for two from $38 to $42. Now it’s priced at $48. Its absurdly priced for fast food type food. Southwest Edmonton has much better and more economical Chinese takeout options which we are gladly exploring.Additionally, the store used to give out promotional calendars with coupons. They also used to treat their loyal customers with deep fried cream cheese filled wontons, but ended their brand loyalty endeavours.

not sure what happened but warning to everyone who eats halal or kosher, was eating their rice advertised to have veggies and egg in it, found two pieces of assumed to be chicken but upon reading reviews might be fish. I ended up throwing the whole plate out. upsetting and unsanitary, wont be eating here again as a muslim.

Food was probably good when it was made. By the time I went and got the food from the driver it was soggy and the container was broken. He refused to listen to directions to my home and was extremely rude. Will order elsewhere when I'm looking for the convenience of delivery

The combo plate portions are huge. The General Tao Chicken was good, but my wife's lemon grass skewers were not that great. However, her shrimp were good. The place is a little dated, but overall it is okay.
