Great people and service. When I discovered a repair MAY be warranted if the dealer did the work instead, they were supportive, no hesitation or “attitude“ when I had my vehicle towed to dealer. Saved me $1500! Next service they saved me on parts by figuring our an adjustment could be made instead of replacement. Honest and knowledgeable people work here. My husband plans to switch as a result of the great service I got. I highly recommend Certified Automotive.

Out of Province CertificationWe brought in 3 of our vehicles to have them certified for obtaining BC registration and insurance. Service was fast and on schedule as quoted. Any repairs that were required were listed and a quote was given for all the necessary parts and labour. I would recommend Certified Automotive if you have any vehicle needing an out of province certification.

I would only ever recommend certified automotive for a mechanic. The staff here are amazing and will provide updates regularly about your vehicle by phone or text. They have reasonable rates and are completely transparent about what they are doing to your vehicle. They even have a couple rental cars for 20$/day they can lend you while your car is in the shop. They are by far the best shop I have ever taken my car to. Hand down no comparison.

The staff is friendly, and haven't had issues with previous work done, giving one star because certified has joined the ranks of many a shop who are now picking and choosing jobs based on profitability. Was charged almost $150.00 for a visual inspection to be told the problem was what I thought it was, and was then referred to another shop for the repairs, who told me it wasn't worth their time either. Sign of the times I guess. Won't be dealing with certified any longer.

Recommended to me as we were new in town. Very good work and communication. No surprises or pushy upsell. Price was industry standard but service was above standard ! I will be back and recommend them for sure !

I have been taking my vehicles to certified automotive for many years. If repairs need done on your vehicle, they are very good at explaining the what and why.....never spending your money without a conversation first. Kary is first rate and Lauren at the front is fabulous. I highly recommend this local business!

I was recommended to this shop by someone in a FB group that I'm part of, and I wasn't disappointed. Super friendly, fair, and took the time to explain what was what to me, even though I know nothing about cars lol. Definitely going back for any future automotive needs!
