I have been a customer at the Rexall store at 288 Sheppard E for as long as it has been open and was a customer when the store was at Bayview Village. Over the last 4-5 months the service at the pharmacy has consistently deteriorated. There seems to be a lot of staff changes. I went in this morning to pick up a prescription that I had been called in 2 days ago. It was not ready and the excuse was a new computer system. This is not the first time this has happened. If this store's pharmacy can't provide better service and be better staffed since it is so busy, I will move my prescriptions to one of the other pharmacies in the neighbourhood.

I wrote to you quite awhile ago about the excellent staff you have at my Rexall Store, in Kingston, the Bath and Cloverdale store.Now, after some changes in staffing you have made since that letter, Im pleased to advise you thatthe service is still incredibly great. They know your name, and take an interest in my health problems. They offer alot of guidance and information about the medications I take. They are just a joy to see everytime I go to their store. If there was a 6th star, thats what they deserve.

I am writing this in regard to the incredibly poor service that my mother-in-law receives at the Rexall in Bolton Ont. Every time she wants to pick up her blister packed medications routinely every second Saturday...they are NEVER ready. She even calls in the morning before going to pick them up and every time it seems, no one knows anything about them or why they are not ready. This store has changed managers...they are always short staffed in the pharmacy and seem like they cannot keep up. People will eventually transfer their Rx's out. This is not the Pharmacist's fault though. Management needs to put another pharmacy tech in there to help out. I feel bad that the pharmacist has to spend time fielding calls from upset customers and the numerous calls result in more backlog of work. I fell in their store at Birchmount/Sheppard (in Scarborough, ON), due to the dangerous location of a nearly empty skid. This was 12 days ago, and although the Store Manager has all of my contact info., I have NOT heard from “his superiors” (his words). I have left 2 voicemail messages for the person in charge of “Store Operations”, but he has not bothered to reach out. Horrible customer service, with obviously NO concern for their customers well-being.

The comminication system stinks. No response as they say after 48 hours. If they cared about the customers n 5geir sells, they would respond. The customer care is a buffer so they don't have to respond.

I purchased some rexall gift cards a few years ago. I tried to use them and they had a zero balance. I contacted Rexall and they say they deactivated them after 12 months of purchase for security purposes. That is news to me. No other company that I know of does this. Now I have to go through a whole ridiculous process to get these reactivated. This company is too much!

I have shopped at the Duckworth St location in Barrie for years. The Pharmacists are outstanding, helpful, kind people.I have a serious medical issue and thus am exempt from wearing a mask. A NEW employee, young man followed me around the store and told me to hurry up. He said none of them would serve me. And he sprayed lysol on any area I was in. I have 28% lung function, so by the time I left I was out of breath. This young man had done something similar to me the previous week, but I was under the impression that he had been told that there were exemptions. Apparently, not so or he didn't care. Regardless, I will from now on only buy my prescriptions from Rexall and will buy all other products from Pharma Save or Shoppers where they let me shop hassle free and where I am treated with respect. Youngsters like him should NOT work with the public. Once he knew I was exempt he should have left me alone and not sprayed lysol like I was a bug. I am very disappointed with Rexall.

I bought gift card since November 2022 and it doesn’t work and I still waiting answer from the customer service and no response

Went to the pharmacy in Jackson square hamilton. Two of the worse and inadequate pharmacy. Messed up my medication and refused to fix it. The manager email dedicated up fixing it from her own pocket. Worse place to deal with with the exception of the manager. They are shameful. And trying to complain to their corporate store is a waste of time.

This pharmacy & especially the staff is a total Disgrace!You order your meds & you get No call when ready, especially when they have the medication(s) in stock.They even Don’t included your med file of recent or previous meds with the receipt(s)?I’ve had several of my meds lost, misplaced, and or they can’t find them and or are never ready when you even go the next day or even 3 days later?!They ask what the meds are?How do we know when your physician sends in the prescription to the pharmacy.This staff is totally incompetent & rude, some can’t even speak English properly for you to understand them & they need to be replaced with competent employees who know & do their job(s) properly & getting your meds ready bc you need them.There’s No Excuse for this type of service!!Where did these people get their training & licences to dispense meds??!!Disgusting!!!!!!Location… 1119 Fennell Ave. EastHamilton, On.
