I called HouseMaster because they had incredible reviews online & we needed a building inspection on a country property within 24hrs, or we would have lost the offer on the property. John was so positive when we were thinking the chances of getting an inspection in less than 24 hrs might be slim to none & we may have to go without or walk away from our dream property.John had 2 other jobs that day but still took us on as clients to make sure we would be able to put the offer on our new home in confidently.We have had 2 other home inspections done in the past & we can honestly say John & Andrew were 5 times better than what we have previously experienced!They both arrived on site for Andrew to do the house & for John to complete the septic and cistern inspections. From the get go, the process was EXTREMELY professional. They had advertising on their trucks, they had uniforms and really looked the part right off the hop. Well, the professional service didn't end there!
