Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Bought paint. Seems like good quality paint. The painter we've been using for several years now insists on Sherwin-Williams mean. It holds up well.

Always top notch whenever I go here! I’ve bought both exterior and interior paints, Duration, Innovation, Emerald. Easy to use, great coverage and long lasting, easy to wipe down and clean when necessary. No lines. We have a three level house, painted in three different colours…taping off is always great, the paint leaves clear clean lines and has never lifted when switching back and forth between colours. Customer service is always top notch, a welcoming attitude when I come and friendly see you next time as I leave. The staff bend over backwards to meet my needs (and sometimes challenges when needing a colour match) and are very knowledgeable about their lines as well as competitors out there. NATT and Brendan were great to confer with. Recently I bought a new colour “Really Teal” for a house under construction in BC. Fun, bright, happy… and bold. I was worried about it vs the usual neutral tones used in this vacation spot development. We’ve received nothing but accolades as to finally bringing in such a beautiful (deep!) COLOUR finally. I would recommend and do refer SW to everyone I come into contact with. Treat yourselves!

Staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Went in just for information, and ended up buying exactly what I needed for a great price. They are now MY store. (Sounds like this is a paid review; it's not. Just a really impressed first time patron.)

I took an old can of General Paint into the store, expecting it couldn't be matched. I was wrong. I was told the brand doesn't exist now, but the helpful expert found a way to read the numbers on the can and produce another brand with the identical colour. She also opened an account for me and provided a 30% discount.5 stars aren't enough for that sœur of service!

This store was very helpful with choosing colors, matching colors to other brands and gauging quantity of paint required. Sherwin Williams paint has great coverage so sometimes the amount of coats some painters might recommend is way over the top for their quality product. The staff at this store were extremely helpful, nice, courteous even after a very busy day at the end of a major sale/promotion. Really appreciate all their help and will definitely be back for future paint needs.

Great friendly staff and the color palette is incredible. You can also choose from a variety of products and tools whether you need to repair your commercial sprayer, need brushes and rollers or floor protection. They also carry concrete paint and accessories as well as well...paint. I went in specifically to find some primer and top coat to repaint my cabinets.

The only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't do 0 stars.Arrived at 1pm to obtain 3 gallons of deck stain. Stain purchased at this exact location 3 years ago.Scott the Asst Mgr told me they had changed their colours; he would have to match; could take up to an hour.I arrived back after 1 hr; there are now 3 staff in attendance but NO ONE has worked on my order. By the way, when I went in the first time, I was the ONLY customer.I ask about the customer Scott is assisting, but Scott told me he arrived AFTER my order. But he's helping HIM, not working on my order.I asked to speak with manager but she's not in today"I will find not only a different location for all my paint business (I manage a large retail store) but also my personal business.I've been coming to this location for 15 years."

The gal that I dealt with on Sunday morning June 23, Sherwood Park, was so helpful, knowledgeable about deck stains, had a personality and great customer service. She was by herself and she was handling 4 customers at once. Very impressed.

Friendly, helpful staff. Overall, first experience with this store was great and I'll purchase again from this store
