I came here for several sessions which gave me zero results and kept asking if it was going to work. I was told it would but it never did so I gave up thinkingmy hair was to light. Fast-forward to 2023 I tried laser again at Canada med laser across the street I can see results within one appointment ..... I think her equipment is to dated cause the one canada med clinic uses is way more up to date.

Lori is the best. I have been going for years. She is a real professional. She will recommend the best service for you even if it means a less expensive service. Don't be fooled by other salons go see Lori, she has a professional grade lazer for hair removal as well as electrolysis.

Went for my first facial hair removal a couple weeks ago. Lori was amazing! She made the experience very easy to deal with. Also, she is super trans friendly and I felt I was treated just like any other woman. Can’t believe the difference one session has made. Can’t wait for my next session.

So many great reviews so I was skeptical if the negative ones were valid, and they are. I too don't get the service for the full time I paid for. Time is used up with talking instead of conducting my service and it's always ended early even when I've plenty more hair that needs removing in that area. I try to book for longer time to work around this but she denies me a longer appointment. She's pushy about how long I can book my services and has an under tone of she's doing me a favour bc she gets more business than needed. She does communicate professionally and politely but it's still frustrating that I can't control the service I sign up for. Also I agree it's harder than necessary to get a hold of her. Again I'm at her mercy to call be back to receive service... what's up with that? A simple online booking tool can resolve this pain point. I've left many voicemails but still no reply. Will be looking for someone else who shows appreciation for my business.

Lori is a great choice for laser hair removal. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Fun conversations while you're getting zapped :) Also, she's very trans positive!

Totally amazing very professional but with an awesome sense of humor very reassuring as well and such a light touch almost fell asleep while getting lazer done.I would and will recommend Lori's Electrolysis to everyone that want's to have it done.

Lori is sweet and very accommodating. She answers all your questions well, and so far the laser is showing good results :)

She's very professional no matter what area she's working on. And she knows how to handle your skin with care. Would recommend this place over any other place to anyone who wants hair removed! She shaves the spots you missed which is a HUGE bonus!! It is true that there's no package plans (you have to pay on a treatment by treatment basis) but she's worth it!
