Purolator

Driver delays delivery. Weather was fine no reason. Next day says address can’t be found. This is awful. Important package needing signature and no delivery. Now I have to wait until Monday to pick up because it’s Friday. I don’t want them delivering and missing more work. They don’t care.

The constantly pretend i am not bome. When i told them i am disabled and am always home Then They began to deliver but publicly deny the valudity of my visual disability. My son heard them talking about me HOW DARE THEY! Now they have stopped delivering again Because I complained. They deliver to my neighbor and the man down the street but not me. Human rights lawsuit?

Never complete your order and are never on time tracking numbers mean nothing it says it’s on the truck for shipment for 3 days before you get it and when you doIt’s not even half the order you placed a rush shipment on to run a business.

I often find a note on the door to pick up a package despite both being home and informing them to drop it off in front of the door. Service is nice in the building but the driver automatically failing" to deliver has now occurred so frequently that it would be a statistical improbability to consider it an unexpected event."

First was told package was nowhere to be found by investigation unit as it hadn't been scanned in a week and told to contact shipper. Then all of sudden it was in Sudbury depot. Then on a delivery truck for today. Then was labelled as missed delivery and re-scheduled for 3 days from now. Have a video doorbell and nobody from purolator even attempted to deliver package. Do they have a wheel they spin and whatever comes up that's what they put on their tracking info. What a joke for delivery company.

10 seconds call from delivery guy and marked as receiver was absent!! wth! and even after calling delivery guy 3 times back they do not respond. If BLS International would not have tie ups with these guys I never opt for their services. I hate it.

Delivery driver's never ring the doorbell or knock to let you know your package has arrived. This has happened with ever single delivery that I have received via Purolator over the years. Sometimes packages are left outside overnight, sometimes in rain or snow like today. This behaviour shows a complete lack of common courtesy and respect for another person's belongings.

Ordered a product from a business. Took Purolator 3 business days to pick it up. Delivery driver sat outside my home today for 10 minutes while my son and I watched. They then back into my driveway and proceeded to leave. App updated with service disruption. Called customer service. I was on hold for over 45 minutes waiting. The screenshot was taken around 35 minutes.After a very long wait to speak to customer service. I was told my dog prevented delivery. I do not own a dog. I have several indoor cats though. And, they could not have the driver return today, the earliest would be tomorrow.The long wait trying to speak to customer service, the actions of the driver. This speaks to the quality of service people will receive from Purolator. This is why so many smaller carriers are popping up.Purolator is as bad as Canada Post. Now, in order to receive my package, I must pack up my toddler for an hour round trip drive sometime today. I'm off on Tuesdays and Sundays. I drive truck the rest of the time. This item is pretty critical. And may cost me a day of work if not received before 4pm as I start my next run at midnight.

It's nice place to work, good and loving colleagues, good leadership also who give you room to learn and develop on the job. Good to be part of the Team

Waited all day for a signed package just for it to be rescheduled at 5pm, after it was stated to be on a truck at 7:30am. How many more drivers are going to be allowed to just leave packages behind because they don't feel like doing a delivery that day? For now I'll remain on hold, until I'm reimbursed for time lost this 1 star review will stay.
