I was really pleased yesterday with my order. It was extra saucy as ordered, great portion size and couldn't even finish it all! I like the fact that they offer free delivery right now as well. I was on a work call and the delivery driver called to let me know my food was outside so it didn't get cold.I ordered again today for lunch, same thing. I thought my order was running behind and opened my door to see it left at the front door, no one knocked. It was fine yesterday because they knocked and called, but I was sitting in my living room beside the front door and not once did someone knock to advise my delivery was here. I then opened the box and it was about half the portion size that I received yesterday. I figured since it was such a big portion I would split it with my daughter but I was quite unsatisfied today. The food was also cold as no one let me know it was here today. The chicken bites also could have been cooked longer as they were not nearly as crispy as yesterday.

Terrible food ! I won’t be back, burger had not a drop of any sauce , the ribs taste like they boiled and then slapped with sauce, no effort made here. My wife’s ribs were ice cold like they came out the fridge , the chips were stale. I should put the same effort into paying your bill , there won’t be a next time .

Walking into the restaurant I could instantly tell what type of vibe they were going for. The arcade machine along with the seating made it feel like a nice restaurant to sit in and enjoy some wings with a group of friends. The service could have been a bit better, I felt that the man working at the counter was trying to rush me because he was in the middle of a conversation with his friends which I didnt mind that much. My food took about 15 minutes to be served, I feel like it could have been a bit faster if they tried but I wasn’t in a rush. Luckily it was worth the wait. The chicken bites were cooked to near perfection internally; it was juicy and tender with a beautiful mild bbq sauce glaze. My only problem was that the chicken wasn’t as crispy as I was hoping and there just was not as many bites as I expected. Although I did order the regular size for around $11, I did not anticipate such a small serving of chicken. The potato wedges were so crisp, each bite was just pure bliss.They were excellently salted on the exterior but lacked a bit on the insides; without any dipping sauce they were a bit dry. The carrots and celery complimented everything very nicely and tasted nice and fresh. And lastly the buttermilk ranch, what is their not to say about the ranch. Everything was just elevated to another level once it was dipped inside. Overall this was a great meal and I will be returning to this restaurant In the future.

Been going here for a while. Miss the old potato skins, the chips don't cut it. Same with Pierogies.. really?... I enjoy most other things in the menu like mozza sticks. They have some of the largest wings and quick to order by the pound service. I personally Love the smiley sandwich aswell for lunch and with a side of Cajun Fries with a Gatorade.

WingsUp is decent in general. The sauces are mostly good (some are just Frank’s Redhot with a fancy name) but the service here is not good. The kitchen staff are usually competent and there are a couple of employees that always come up to the front door I save their cashier, who inevitably fails to take your order. Cleanliness of the food itself has always been good, I do hear a lot of sneezing and coughing in the kitchen though which can be off putting.My review would’ve been 3 stars had it not been for the cashier who told me that the giant sign that showed a cheetos branded sandwich was in fact not cheetos (it said cheetos in large, colourful and bold writing) and then didn’t understand that the combo I ordered only came in one size. Thank goodness for the manager.

So this place has nice big wings however I spent time asking questions about howMuch sauce they put on their wings. I explained we don’t want them dry we want sauce on them but not dripping in sauce. He said no problem. From the pictures you can see they were absolutely drowning in sauce. Gross. Makes them soggy and not enjoyable. Surely there is somewhere in between dry and this. Garlic bread was dry and cheese was barely melted on it. All in all a disappointment.

Good wings, Sauce is good but they always drown the wings in sauce so I asked for less sauce but then they almost took out all the sauce from the wings and made them feel dry. Might want to ask for slightly less sauce when buying wings.

We have ordered here many times over the years. This order was a disappointment (Jan 27/23). We ordered three individual 1lbs wings with fries. Each order had 5 pieces of wings in them. The wings weren’t any larger than normal so this is definitely not a pound. More like a half. The typical 1lbs of wings averages about 8 pieces of wings. This is very disappointing and is money well wasted.Shame to see the cost cutting measures being taken. Things are expensive, fine. But don’t short change customers - not cool. Will be avoiding this restaurant I advise you to do the same. Very disappointed.

We have enjoyed Wings Up occasionally for many years, and found they offered the juiciest and plumpest wings around, at least that was the case prior to Covid.Well, tonight we ordered through Uber Eats, taking advantage of their 2 for 1 offer of one pound of wings.I cannot express the absolute shock at the size of the wings! Eight shrunken wings, normally priced on Uber at $27.99 a pound which is $3.50 EACH. To be certain i wasn't over reacting, we placed them on a scale...less than one half of a pound per each one pound" box. I am a cook
