Corie Meyer was my mother's real estate agent and purchased and sold her condo in Victoria. Corie went above and beyond (to say the least!) in helping my elderly mother have a smooth transition. Corie was organized, got the sale completed for an above-asking price, and also made sure my mom was comfortable and had everything she needed for a smooth transition for her move to Calgary. Would highly recommend using her.

Sonya Stewart is an amazing realtor. We found a unique and exciting property that the bank didn't want to finance and brokers didn't want to insure. Sonya's resourcefulness saved the day, and she was a pleasure to work with.

Avoid using at all costs.The Realtor that we dealt with, Tom Woods, is either completely incompetent and doesn't know the zoning of the properties he lists for sale or is a liar and provides false information to create misleading narratives. For his and any of his future clients sake, I hope it's the latter. Regardless, I would not use him or this company for any of your Real Estate needs.

Accessibilty, approachability, knowledge of the inventory, knowledge of current state of the market, and referrals to key agencies who you also need to make an informed decision when buying. I am shopping for a condo in a hugely competitive market for my price point. Diana has made me feel she has my back and earned my complete confidence. I cannot recommend her more. By choosing her, I got a realtor who listens, works very hard for me, and takes my search for a home as seriously as I do. My lucky day in this difficult market was hiring her.

Pemberton homes are the absolute worst. The service was appalling. Highly recommend you do not waste your time even trying. Highly recommend you look else where. The other reviews were a good enough warning sign, don't be fooled, this company does not care about you or their service. Never had such a bad experience in my life. Never again.

Cold calling my business from a third party salesman in the UK is frustrating and annoying. I’ve had the same call more then once from a guy that knows nothing about pemberton homes lol. I enlightened him about my previous experience last year when my commercial contracts were taken away from my company with little notice and with little consideration. I told the guy that if they want to talk business for the owner to call me. Until then , stop calling me. Annoying.
