A very chill Starbucks location to relax with a book at on weekends. During peak times (mornings of weekdays) the staff works very efficiently delivering exceptional service to every one of their customers. The above remains relevant even after the pandemic.

Ordered 2 of the same latte and they obviously didn't make enough. At least a whole size difference.(whipped cream melted before we started drinking and pic was taken before any sips)

Nice staff, truly, but don’t go here in the morning if you are in a hurry. I ordered a drip coffee via mobile order 25 minutes ago and I’m still waiting for it. (Similar experience earlier this week.) Obviously this store is much busier since the location on Columbia Street closed. Service is better at other times of day. I feel for the staff and understand that certain businesses are understaffed, but this is not an isolated thing. There are currently around 20 people waiting for mobile orders.

One of the best Starbucks locations. Service is polite and fast...I avoid Highgate location as they are rude and slow. Food is OK but just to expensive.

I made my order, and they repeated back to me but typed something completely different into the computer, and when i got it, they acted really annoyed with me. Charged me for vanilla shots when I just wanted a regular coffee and a vanilla scone wouldn't refund the difference and were really rude about it.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Westminister centre locations. I visited your store today and ordered a chocolate cream cold brew, but when I received my drink, it was not what I had ordered. Instead, I received a something cinnamon drink, which was not at all what I wanted.I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed that my order was not fulfilled correctly. I was looking forward to enjoying my chocolate cream cold brew, and other drink did not meet my expectations. I didn't have time to order my drink again since I need to go at my work and one wrong drink destroy my whole day.I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks for years, and I appreciate the quality of your products and the customer service that your staff provides. However, this experience has left me feeling dissatisfied, and I hope that you will take steps to ensure that this does not happen again.I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident and take appropriate action to prevent similar mistakes in the future. They constantly make drinks wrong even if they remake it! Simple things like asking for it iced or adding a topping! They have a notice saying that is closing early at 5 on the 15th and 16th but today's the 11th and it's not open at all! Starbucks chat isn't helpful either!The dumb staff will come to the door and pointed the sign I posted
