DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!A few years ago they installed a chimney liner and damper. Within a relatively short period of time, the spring loaded damper broke. I contacted the receptionist Joy (AJ's ladyfriend-roomate) who setup a time to repair the damper/control. Well in advance of the appointment I had to cancel the appointment because my VRBO tenants were not able to let them in. Joy gave me a really hard time about cancelling. When I tried to reschedule over the past year, she refused to return any calls or texts! Joy is a nasty b !#ch who has not idea how to service customers and loves the little power AJ has given her to respond to business requests...I wonder if he even knows!

What a wonderful chimney sweep company! Professional and just wonderful to hire. Our flue has never been so clean. 10/10 would hire again!

Very professional, friendly, clean, efficient and prompt visit to clean and inspect our chimney and wood stove. Already booked to have the chimney cleaned and the wood stove serviced at the end of the heating season. Very good experience with everyone involved. Not hesitate to recommend this business.
