I had an amazing experience with Bob. He came to our house with the carpet samples. Did the measurements around the home and gave us a quick estimate. He was very efficient and finished the job the same date. I would highly recommend him to do carpet installations.

I contacted Bob to quote a carpet runner for my upstairs and down stairs. I sent him pics of the stairs and picked out the carpet I wanted. The job was done within a couple of days of me calling him. The carpet is great quality for a very reasonable price. I am very happy and would highly recommend this company.

It's rare that you find a company that delivers on their promises, but Bob at Impress Flooring does just that. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and flexible. He showed up the next day with samples, helped pick a carpet suitable for our environment (we have dogs) and helped choose a colour. He was very easy going and true to his word. The installers showed up on time and the agreed upon date and were done in 7 hours!! Excellent installers, very hard working. Bob showed up the morning of the install to make sure everything was OK and called after the install to make sure we were satisfied. Now that's service, and did I mention the upgraded underpad and excellent price!!?? If you're in the market for carpet, call Bob! Thanks Bob, and thank you installers!! I would recommend Bob and his team based on our good experience. We recently bought a place and the upstairs carpet needed replacement. We reached out to Bob to meet at the Impress showroom and review swatches. He explained the types of carpet padding and carpets to us and provided us with a ballpark quote based on square footage. He later came to our place to get measurements and brought the swatches so we can view them under various lighting conditions in our house. Dealing with Bob was easy because his responses were always timely. On installation day, the installers were on time and polite. They also protected our downstairs hallway during the work. Overall a job well done!

In June of 2019 we had some renovation work done on our house and needed to lay down some new carpet in our newly renovated basement. We contacted 3 different carpet companies of which Impress Carpet was one of the three. From first contact through final installation, everything was professionally handled, always on time as promised, as well as polite, courteous and very good quality work, at very reasonable and competitive prices. No surprises and no complaints, just an overall job very well done !

We just recently bought a new home and the previous owner let his dog use the carpet as his personal bathroom. Even though it wasn’t a planned expense, we realized it was necessary to replace all the carpet. We went to the Impress carpet Showroom and with the wonderful customer service provided by Bob, we found a carpet that met our needs and budget. Bob took the time to explain all the different types of carpets and also came to our final walk through to take measurements. We had to get lots of things done within one week of our move in and Bob was very accommodating. He made sure we were happy with our selection and Bob and his team came in and completed the job in one day (3 bedrooms and entire loft area in a townhouse).
