I called TechOS because my MacBook Air was dying. The case was actually bowing out and the battery was acting really weird. Khalid was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He ordered a battery and did the repair within a couple of days. Not only that, be he picked up and delivered too! The price was also very reasonable - much less than I would've had to pay, to replace my 2017 MacBook Air. Highly recommended.

Had a power supply go on a saturday morning, TechOS, Khalid, picked it up by noon and he had it working and delivered before most other companies said they could even look at. Great when the computer doubles as a work machine as well. I would recommend them and use them again.

My MacBook Pro stopped functioning in the middle of a semester, which was stressful since I needed it to do schoolwork. Then I bought a used MacBook Pro which turned out to not work either. Well, Khalid, the technician I contacted, managed to take working pieces from the otherwise busted replacement laptop and use them to fix my old one. Afterwards the old laptop's capabilities were actually improved from what they were before it started refusing to boot up. In short, extremely helpful, would recommend.

Khalid was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when working on retrieving lost data from my laptop. He was communicative through the whole process, providing pictures and updates along the way. Overall a great experience with a kind and professional atmosphere.

Khalid is the computer repair guy you're looking for. Quick turn around, trustworthy, and very reasonable prices. My computer wouldn't turn on after a power outage, and I suspected that the power supply got fried. I called Memory Express and there was a 2 week wait, and they were not taking any precautions. You would have to bring it into the shop and would have to pay in person with credit card. So, I called around and found TechOS. I explained the problem and he said he could take a look it that same day. We arranged for him to text when he arrived so I could put the tower out front. He came up wearing a mask, sanitized the computer, and then took it away. That evening he sent me a text with a photo from his testing device showing that the power supply was indeed dead. He said he'd pick up a replacement tomorrow, install it, and bring the computer back. Payment was contact-less through e-transfer, and Khalid was very communicative via text about what time he'd be coming and we made arrangements for him to drop it off at the front door again. He again wore a mask and sanitized the tower. I am happy to have found a computer repair guy I can trust and will be calling him for any future repair jobs.

Great service. I had a couple of issues from malware to an out of date OS. All was updated and my Mac Book Pro is back running as it should. Good people to deal with. Reasonable rates. Mark me as a happy customer.
