Domino's Pizza

Quick and easy order placed via phone call to the store location we prefer. The agent that answered was quick and pleasant to speak with. Our order was ready in a timely manner and was delicious. Thank you Dominos

I placed an order for two medium pizza’s at this location on August 2, 2022 (store #10291 - 1383 Wilson Road in Oshawa). Long story short, the store messed up my order and added toppings that I did not order on my pizza’s (onions & olives)I contacted the store to resolve the issue and spoke with Meera who is extremely rude and belligerent. She said that she was the person who made the pizzas and never makes mistakes!When I asked to speak with a manager, Meera advised that there was no manager on duty (Jasmeet is the Manager). When I asked for Meera to resolve the issue by resending my order because my kids will not eat the pizza because of the toppings I didn’t order (onions & olives) she offered a $10 credit, and then a $25 credit - when my order was close to $50 with delivery - I refused.After further discussion, Meera begrudgingly agreed to replace the order and asked that I return the other pizzas for her inspection upon delivery of the replacement order - I told her I was more then happy to do so.When the replacement order arrived, the delivery driver dropped the pizzas at the door, rang the doorbell and took off without taking the other pizzas I had ready to return. I contacted the store and spoke with Meera again to let her know that the driver did not pick up the first order as requested - she was rude and belligerent again and said that she didn’t care.On a final note, the replacement pizzas were again incorrect - I was not surprised given Meera’s demeanour and attitude during our telephone discussions. Suffice it to say, both replacement pizzas went straight in the garbage.Worst customer service experience ever. Will never order from Domino’s again!@DominosCanada, #DominosCanada

So this is the extra cheese pizza we ordered tonight. We didn’t tell them to remove cheese from half of the slices and add them into others. Not sure what their quality control are doing? This is Dominos Oshawa @ Wilson and Taunton

What happened to the rest of the cheese that supposed to be there?cooks doesn't know how to make a pizza.

Muhamad sadeem Adnan was our delivery guy tonight. He was punctual, excellent positive attitude with excellence in professionalism. I rate him 10 out of 10. Thank you Sir. The pizza was fresh as well!!

Ordered 2 pizzas. Both showed up the exact opposite of what I ordered. Called, they sent 2 new pizzas. 1 still wrong. 1 that was correct" supposed to have triple cheese. Waste of money that was."

If I order double cheese and provolon cheese and there is almost no cheese and zero provolon. You can steel from me to lower your food cost. I'm done no more dominos for me or my family.They can only rip you off so many times before you just say no.We have the power to not order and they will close head office will relize you cant steal from your customers. you are stealing when I pay and you dont give what I payed for.

The pizzas were all right I expected more from Domino’s. But the chicken nugget/ chicken bite they are so small and tasteless that they have to put so much sauce on them. It was a waste of money don’t buy them
