Ankit was open, honest, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He cared for us as friends/individuals rather than another customer looking for a photo, and I can't thank him enough for that. Ankit redefined the experience of taking grad photos. He was very clear with presenting the procedure beforehand and guided me through the posing technique. He was patient with my insecurities and helped to bring out a genuine smile in my photos. He shows a lot of experience and understanding of photography. He made sure that I felt comfortable throughout by guiding my posing and explaining the concept of a perfect genuine smile. He provided a mirror before every shot for me to check my hair. Got my grad photos and headshot here. Great experience. Ankit is a great photographer, and very comfortable. He walked me through the poses and how to get the best smile for the photos. He also recommended what outfit to wear for each type of photo and had great client service. Furthermore, the grad photos were less expensive than through Queen's university photographer, and spent more effort and time into getting the perfect photo. I would highly recommend the client service.
