Pajo's Fish & Chips at Steveston Wharf
One of the best fish and chips in town, on May 28th, 2023 Sunday.I've driven all the way from Vancouver South! To be honest, first time experience coming to this location,I've ordered 6 Fresh Cod and Fries and bottomless pop. It's Fresh off the grill, I can honestly tell this experience was my WOW factor, friendly staff and the atmosphere was spectacular. Sitting on a floating spot!If your around town, come check out this legendary location in Richmond BC! For Fish and Chip's

Last time I came was 2019 before Covid hit. This time round the fried fish is a lot smaller than before, and the chips are saltier and soggier. Price went up too. The food quality downgraded a lot and I won’t come back for this.

We came for a walk along Steveston's famous Fisherman's Wharf. It was a beautiful, albeit cold day.Of course, we couldn't stop by without a visit at Pajos Fish and Chips situatrd right off the dock. The wait was long and when I approached the cashier, he gave me a heads up that wait time is around 30 mins. I appreciated the warning. Instead of ordering there, I used their app to order so I can walk around while waiting for the app to alert me.We picked up 2 orders of Halibut Fish and Chips. Halibut is our favorite fish for fish and chips and Pajos did not disappoint. The meat was flakey, yet meaty and tender. My mom and I really enjoyed them. They were perfect against the backdrop of Fisherman's Wharf. The chips were yummy though needed a good sprinkle of salt. They were cut the way they are suppose to be to be classified as chips. Now reading the comments from the owners in other reviews, I wonder if bottomless fries is still offered.

I’ve been a regular customer for several years and usually order cod tacos. Unfortunately as of recently the quality has declined, in my today’s order there was lots of batter and a tiny peace of fish. French fries were dry, dark and tasteless. They looked like leftovers from the day before. It’s unfortunate as this place used to be one of my favourite spots.

I liked this place. I LOVE fish and chips. I was visiting from Ontario and decided to visit the warf.We saw this place and decided to see how the fish was. I ordered a one piece of halibut. It was good, thebbatter was nice and light and the fish was a decent size. I did find that the fish was more, chewy, instead of flaky. It was too expensive, but I would have paid more for fish that had a better cook on it.I would recommend this place tho. 6.8/10

THE place to go to for Vancouver's best fish and chips! And they have bottomless fries (and pop) too! And they also serve tacos too! I had the shrimp tacos and they were not only affordable, they were delish!!! If you like the fresh air, you can visit the wharf location in Steveston, but on a rainy day like when we went, we decided to take the (Canada Line) train to eat at their YVR airport branch. Easy Peasy!

The fish was very tasty. I had their poutine and it was delicious. The heavy tested like a been gravy which went very well with the fry's. They're tartar sauce was very delightful light and tangy.
