Excellent experience. We bought a 2020 f350 roush from Alan and he was very easy to deal with. They were super accomadating considering we were driving from Ontario to purchase the vehicle. They did also give us more than we were expecting for our trade in as well. Super happy with our overall experience. Love our new truck as it sure is one of a kind truck. I highly recommend dealing with them and if they weren't so far away my next vehicle would Definitely be purchased here. Also want to mention once we got back to ontario we did have some issues trying to register the vehicle here, however Patricia took care of it ASAP and than it ended up going smoothly. If she wasn't so fast to fix the issue we would have had to pay to have it recertified in ontario as we were at our transfer limit for day. I am grateful for her fast actions as it made buying this truck that much better of an experience. Way to go guys! You all are amazing

I purchased a used truck from Novlans a little over a year ago. I have required a couple service appointments and a few parts. The service department (in particular Kevin) is very knowledgeable and the extra warranty I purchased has been honored as described in the package. The parts team has helped me source a used part to save me some money. I’ve been to other dealers for service in the past and I now make the drive to paradise hill for my ford vehicles.

I have tried to give them my business on a few separate occasions. Always left frustrated and without what I was looking for.First time I was looking to buy a set of belts for my 780A baler and the parts girl had no clue what I was talking about so after 25 minutes I walked out and purchased the set from lazar in meadow. In and out in 15 minutes.Most recently, I talked to a salesman about purchasing a new 13' discbine. He couldn't even be bothered to give me an actual price or call me back with pricing or interest rates. Totally useless. I bought a brand new case machine instead 2 days later.Update: Within an hour of leaving this review I had a text message from the salesman with pricing for the discbine I had enquired about a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, I had already purchased my machine.I didn't have any voice-mail or text messages from previous attempts to contact me and I really don't see why the sales person couldn't give me a price while I was sitting in front of him, the dealership was empty.

Bought my 2015 Lariat from them and it was quick and easy. They were very accommodating and helpful. I was working away at the time so bought it site unseen other than pictures. Trusted everything they said about the truck and was not disappointed. Love the truck and enjoy driving it.

I traveled up to Paradise Hill from Regina and I was having trouble with my truck. I knew I could make it to the Novlan's garage so I called ahead of time to see if I could bring it there. When I got there I spoke to Kevin at the service desk and I got nothing but bad attitude. There was no way they could help at all. They didn't even ask what the problem was. I got there on a Friday around 3:00 pm and they absolutely could not deal with me tell Tuesday the following week. Needless to say I did not go back. I guess they are just to good for a small time guy like me.

Novlan has provided us with excellent vehicles over the years. The front end staff are friendly and welcoming. The team works seamlessly to provide for your needs and keeps track of how your experience of working with them is working out. We recommend this dealership and the people at Novlan to anyone.

I was so impressed with the service and response at Novlan Bros. that I bought a truck from them when I live 6hrs away and in another province! The sales associate, Allen, has worked there for 20 years and treats you like a friend not a potential sale. The entire team of people I spoke with were kind and professional! I'll be taking the bus to Paradise Hills again when it's time for my next truck!
