Very good Georgian restaurant tucked away in a corner of a busy plaza. Only people that live around the area or that have been introduced via someone else will know of this place. Which is both a blessing and a curse, because everyone should try these amazing stews, breads, cheeses and Georgian wine, but on the other hand, i don’t want it to lose its unassuming charm.Went to Sarko for the first time a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it. Shared a bunch of apps and stews, bread, a bottle of wine for 3 people. With less than $50 per person (a steal these days), We got out of there completely full and very happy - tough afternoon at the office after that.The Sarko stew is a must have. The fried corn bread with feta is very good and the lobio bean stew was also a great piece to complement our meal. The cheburek was top notch as we the khinkalis. The lamb kebab wasn’t the best in the world, just ok.Atmosphere was very quiet, we were one of only 3 tables. Our waitress was very helpful with suggestions and opinions on what we should get - she got it 100% right, even when it came to picking which Georgian wine should pair well with the meal.

Great little gem in Vaughn. The food was delicious and well made. The bathroom was spotless.Get the beef and tripe stew and their fresh made bread. The eggplant stew was also delicious.I’ll be going back to try other dishes.

Authentic Georgian food at very reasonable prices. For the two of us, we ordered Badrijani eggplant appetiser, Gebshalia cheese appetiser, staffed peppers, magrelian harcho, loaf of freshly baked lavash bread, and a bottle of Georgian red wine. We shared everything, and I really liked the appetizers and staffed peppers. The harcho was just ok, too much meat and no veggies. Service was fast, even though the restaurant was full on Sat night. The final bill with the tip was under $140, so this place is a nice find.

Tried the Khachapuri Megruli, Khinkali and Chicken BBQ. Loved it all but Khachapuri was the best. The Blomange was excellent as a dessert. Will return.

Loved it!!! Heard so much about this restaurant, never tried Georgian food before, and to my surprise EVERYTHING we ordered was 10/10. The waitress gave very good recommendations and explained how to eat /try their food properly.The restaurant itself was soooo cozy, and pretty. Enjoyed every minute.

This is a good Georgian restaurant. I recommend trying their main dish with lamb and potatoes.We had a full dinner with Saperavi wine. I ordered Harcho, and the soup was hearty, but too much oil was added. Also, there were no walnuts in the dish (which are usually added). We liked Badrijani; eggplant rolls with garlic. The main dish with lamb and potatoes also had too much oil. The lamb was tasty and cooked well, but I wish they had served Georgian sauces with their dishes. It should be mentioned that their bread was fantastic!Overall, good experience in a cozy restaurant.

Very cute little Georgian spot! The food was very fresh and delicious. Service was a tiny bit slow but worth the wait. The interior is very nicely decorated and cozy.

After reviewing the restaurants for years and across many countries, I rarely give 2 star reviews, but it is the case here; the overall good rating of Sarko is puzzling for me.The dining room itself is fine, nicely decorated and neat, the service is good and the prices are very reasonable.The issue is the food, we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 different chicken entrees. Out of these 4 items, only the traditional corn bread was fine. The fried turnover (cheburek) was cold inside and bland, the walnut curry chicken was mediocre at best and another chicken entree tasted like a reheated supermarket rosted chicken placed in a bowl of milky garlic sauce.Perhaps we didn't know what we're supposed to order at this restaurant, but when 3 out of 4 items we picked turn out subpar, I don't feel like giving the owners the benefit of the doubt.
