Blue Mountain P1 South - Parking Lot
If you're going night skiing do NOT do online rentals. You are charged the full day price instead of the night price. In addition, you can only pick up your rentals at the Village location and NOT the South Base Lodge one. I waited for an hour to get my rentals only to be told that I cannot pick them up at South Base Lodge so I was forced to go to the Village location.

This parking lot gets really busy during the top of the season and on the weekends, however it is much better option than main village parking.

Many big potholes that can damage a suspension if one is not careful. In wormer weather you will walk in the mud. I understand that the parking is used mostly only during skiing months. However, nothing changed in the past 10 years and every year more people come skiing at Blue. You would think that there is some kind of maintenance done but unfortunately it doesn't look like it. I guess more people does not translate into more money for upkeep.

You might want to go a bit early to get spot. We went for family day weekend and it was hard to get a parking

We went for the 5 Km run and it was wonderful. The trails were great and the event was very well organized.
