Been with VoIP Much for almost 10 years now. Can't complain about the stability of their services. They are always on the ball with customer support and not a single price increase ...but 2 price decreases over 10 years with additional features is unheard of.The SMS feature while in beta is a game changer and we are excited to get this integration into the Real Softphone app.

Great company and responsiveness from Devon following recent cyber attacks on multiple phone companies. Tough times but happy to see they are back up and running. I look forward to our future work together.

So far, I'm giving Voip Much a 5 star rating.Only had the service for a few weeks now, but we are very happy with it.Customer service answered all of my questions and concerns before going ahead.The voice quality is excellent , our number porting was seamless and the setup only took a few minutes.This is an update on their service. Well I'm still very satisfied with the service. We had an issue a few weeks ago, I noticed that our service had been out for several days. Contacted customer service and within an half hour or so they sent me an email asking me to reboot the modem and 5 minutes later my service was back.Their explanation for this interruption was due to a system wide issue and unfortunately some of their customers didn't get their modem back online automatically.

Good service.The tech reps are good too. Very helpful.Recently Voipmuch got attacked and it was hard to get in contact with them. Service was then hard to get. But understandable.Looking forward to them getting it all fixed up soon.

Been with Voipmuch for a few years...good price,no major issues.Last few months things have gone downhill.. major outages are becoming a regular occurrence now.They apologize and always say they have engineers including third party ones....seems they aren't fixing the issues for long.Hopefully things improve or I will have to look elsewhere.

They fixed it! Woot Woot... I guess this is the world we live in? Cyber attacks are a thing now? Crazy this isn't in the news.Ive had VoIP Much for years and years and it's always been good to me.These guys rock! I can get back to work now.

I am a happy with my experience and I highly recommend them. I have been a customer for over a year now and I am still very happy with the cost and quality of service. So much better than my previous VOIP provider. Cost for the VOIP box was quite reasonable. It has already paid for itself within a few months and I don't have to return it if I were to change VOIP providers (my previous VOIP provider wanted me to pay to return their box and to charge a restocking fee). Long distance is included (continental US and Canadian Provinces). The call quality is good. Any time I had questions I got replies quite promptly. I had absolutely no negative surprises.

We hardly use our home phone, but it is main link for our parents, and primary contact for outside organizations, like doctors, credit card companies etc. The few time we try to use it, 60% the time there is an issue. Each time we pick up, rings twice, pick up, dead air. Caller has to try to call us again. Call quality is hit or miss, often having to disconnect and reconnect, and usually good on 2nd try. Phone goes down too often and it seems that the few times we try to use it, something is wrong. Call them for issues, and they do something to the ATA, new software new settings, whatever, which SEEMS to make it better, but really not because there is always something. When will all that be RIGHT so I don't have to waste my time calling or having no or lousy service!! Been with these guys too long, at least 3-4 yrs, because I just have not had the time to look for competitor. Now with recent VoipMuch outage, where my phone has not worked for a week. And they only reply to my email 4-5 days later, asking me to call so a new software can be downloaded to my ATA, and when I call and select tech support, it bounces me back to main menu. I am so done with these jokers.

They are back up and doing a great job getting us back online after some type of hacker attacks.For .30 cents a day I can't complain as they've never gone down before. I work at a Hospital and our phones are constantly down...for years!

World class customer care! I've been a VoIP Much customer for many years. Uptime and call quality are very good, but the real benefit is their customer service. Any time I've come to them with an issue, their team has had it resolved almost immediately. You won't get that kind of care from the big telecoms, and it's at a fraction of the price. If you're considering VoIP, I'd highly recommend VoIP Much.
