Brenning Construction is the most Professional company that we have ever hired and worked with. Excellent prices and Quality workmanship. They attended to our property, performed an in depth examination and evaluation of the large laneway that required to be paved. They offered professional opinions in relation to grading to assist in water and snow run off. Explained the 2 different grades of pavement available, outlining advantages and disadvantages. They were very understanding and professional in answering all of our questions / concerns. Their crew arrived promptly as advised, spent and entire day prepping both our laneway area of (30x 150ft) and a parking area of (16x60ft) They consulted with us to ensure that we were happy with all prep work prior to pavement going done. Advising us that if we wanted any changes that they would accommodate us without any issues or additional costs. (2) following entire crew attended to our property promptly. They performed a final site review with asking if we had any additional requests, changes or modifications prior to pavement application. The entire area was completed in a timely manner with the Brenning employees ensuring that the entire work area from house out to the city road was swept up and clear of any and all debris. I would highly recommend this company for any of your paving needs.

Horrible horrible people. Paved my school and completely blocked off all exits. Huge safety hazard and a big inconvenience. Hundreds of students missed their transportation because of them.

Unbelievably inconsiderate. One of the employees lives on my street and her and her gang are constantly their work trucks the wrong way on our one way streets with kids playing everywhere. I asked politely to stop doing it but she must feel entitle to not follow traffic laws and does what ever she wants. If you can't respect the neighborhood you live in how can you respect other peoples property when you work there. The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.

They are alright.Jobs are quality but workers aren't anything special.

Your site foreman might need to learn a few things, in public anybody can take pictures or film it’s not up to your site foreman to decide what people can and can’t do on public property.
