Très belle expérience en boutique chez Aglaïa. Service professionnel et personnalisé. J’aime l’atmosphère de la boutique, c’est beau et chaleureux. Ma conseillère était expérimentée et elle a bien compris mon besoin. Bon choix autant au niveau de la lingerie que des maillots. Je recommande fortement cette boutique

Very bad service ...staff recommended sizes and after opening and thought not good , they told me too late its already opened.As a reply on your response I wanted to tell you that she had some demo but not as the same as the ones in the box so it is not true that you had all the kinds and all sizes on demo . I did refuse to try demo not similar to the one I wanted to buy.And I did want to return something I didn't try and the box are in same shape as i bought. It was my first experience in your store it would have been nice if you would exchange for the satisfaction of a new customer. But thanks it will be my last experience.

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had shopping for bras. And when I say experience, I mean I took off my shoes and put on slippers and they hung up my coat, then walked me to a spacious fitting room. They measured me and then I waited serenely for them to bring me items to try on for size, and then for style. I found the right brand for me, Prima Donna, and they offered to order my size in another brand for a different style. The prices were absolutely worth it for me; there is no comparison between a bra from a department store and a bra that feels like it was made for you. I’m aware I’m privileged in being able to spend disposable income on lingerie but I don’t think it’s fair to give a low rating to a boutique that is clearly offering very high quality products because their prices are supposedly too high. They do have several different brands at different prices, as well as a sales rack in the back. If you can afford it, or want to treat yourself, this is the place to go. Also, I interacted with a few different staff members and all of them were lovely. I cannot recommend Aglaïa enough.

Beautiful store and products. Although I was extremely disappointed by the customer service of the elderly woman in charge. While browsing she stated that the items I was holding were not my size and that she would inspect the products once I was done trying them. Basically insinuating that I would damage the items due to my weight. After having 2 young children and finally taking time for me to shop, This was absolutely offending and going to a high end woman’s store you expect to leave feeling great with what was purchased but instead the entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Not a great way to empower woman. Very poor customer service from the management or person in charge. This is not my first time shopping at Aglaïa, and the same person is the root cause of why I don’t enjoy shopping there. It’s quite a shame.

Je suis enchantée par la gentillesse, le professionnalisme, l’expertise de la jeune fille qui a été à mon entière disponibilité tout au long de ma visite. Que dire du décor luxueux, romantique digne d’un château… Merci infiniment de votre dévouement. Ma période de magasinage dans votre belle boutique ce matin fût pour moi un réel plaisir. Super expérience a chaque visite. Les conseillères sont super efficace, gentille et serviable. De plus, elle connaissent très bien leurs produits et elles savent nous rendre à l’aise.

Très belle boutique et une sélection hors paire de sous-vêtements. Par contre la manque de classe par la propriétaire est inacceptable et je ne suis pas la seule personne à mentionner ce manque de classe. Dommage cars c’est des clients qui ne reviendront plus. Elle n’a pas sa place à servir le public. Alors un 5 étoiles pour la boutique certes, mais 0 étoiles pour la propriétaire aurait été mieux mais le seule choix était 1 étoile . ..
