Excellent customer service! Out of all the stores I've been to no one had the selection they have. Dimi recommended some great options at really great prices. Got my flooring and stairs redone, and everything went smoothly.I would definitely recommend David and his team to all my friends and family who are looking to get some renovations done.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! I came here after hearing about the grand opening from a friend who lives nearby. My fiance and I wanted to redo our stairs, so we gave it a shot. The inside of this place is immaculate! Very well organized with a beautiful assortment of supplies. Dimi, the sales manager was not only extremely friendly but very informative, She helped us choose our new spindles, and let us know of their other services they provide. We ended up hiring David to do our stairs, and we even hired him to do the refinishing of our floors! Absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship. He really can do it all! The prices are also extremely fair. So happy with NDO Flooring! Thank you again, we love it!!

We were very glad to have found NDO Flooring and used their services. We bought our first condo and the floors were DIY installed by the previous owner and they did a terrible job. David was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, suggesting the best floors for our condo, letting us know our options, breaking down the costs, and getting the job done before we moved in. And on top of it all David is just a genuinely pleasant and nice person to work with. We would high recommend NDO Flooring.

We hired David at NDO because we were looking for a contractor experienced with Bona products. We had him and his assistant refinish all of our 1960s oak floors and staircase as well as upgrade the handrail and pickets with new matching oak. We went with David's recommendation of one coat of Bona Nordic Seal followed by one coat of Traffic HD.David was professional and easy to work with, willing to do little extra things here and there, and very efficient. He also took care of disposal of removed materials. We are very happy with the results!I would just recommend if you hire him for a refinishing job that you work out your colour/finish options in advance as once he gets going there is little time to deliberate.

5 stars is not enough for this place. I had a friend recommend NDO to me and decided to stop by. The showroom has beautiful options for all of your flooring needs. I had the pleasure of speaking with the sales manager Dimi. She is very knowledgeable, courteous and works very hard to find the best solution for you. Not only does the showroom offer great options, but they also offer flooring services. I had David and his team work on the floors in my home and just WOW. You can tell right away that they care about what they do. He is very professional and his work is top notch. Absolutely blown away and in LOVE with my floors for the first time ever. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.
