When I first met with Eddy, he told me that my property needs to be cleaned and painted (he does not shy away from telling you the truth about your property). At first I told him I don’t wanna spend any extra money, but he advised me that the quality of my property is the quality of tenant that I will track and he was very correct about that. I used the company painters and they were able to paint my entire condo for $2000 and the cleaning lady who was only $220 and the place looks brand new. My property sat on the market for three weeks but after painting and cleaning Nureen who is the leasing agent found me a very good tenant within a week. I can say that I will continue using their services. Is there an extremely professional in the way they conduct everything.

After the first phone call I got from one of their agents I was unsure as to if this is real or not. I met with the “property expert” who turned out to be a very nice guy and knew what he was talking about. I gave them a shot and Nureen (my leasing agent) found me a tenant in 10 days after my realtor failed for over a month. There business model is very practical and works.

I always place my own tenants but this time I was going to Vancouver for 3 months for a work project and I hired Qterra to place a tenant for me. Even though everything was done remotely it was very easy and stress free. My agent took care of the heavy lifting and my tenants moved in yesterday. Any one have any experience with there property management? I am looking to hire them

Great Experience!!! I called Craig about our Dishwasher needing to be repaired and in 10 minutes...10 minutes, the maintenance department called and sent a plumber the same day and fixed it. If your renting, go through Qterra, no way a landlord would do this.

As a landlord living in Vancouver it was very important for me to have a property manager I could rely on. Qterra was able to place a tenant in my property very quickly and they have now started managing the property as well. Everything was done virtually and so far so good.

Put in an offer and got the place in the evening, took my realtor 5 days to let me know im declined at another property I applied for. I highly recommend renting with Qterra if you don't want to get the run around by realtors.

I had a very good experience working with Qterra. I had spent about 1 year renovating my 4-plex and wanted to make sure that I would not get a bad tenant again (I had a tenant not pay my rent for 1 year in 2021). The representative I spoke to assured me that the tenants which they have are AAA and they can give a financial guarantee for $39 a month as well. So far 3 of the 4 units have been leased and it has not been 3 weeks yet, my leasing agent did a great job with placing great tenants (at least so far so good, fingers crossed).

I had a seamless experience renting an apartment recently with the help of leasing agent Nureen Rose. She was incredibly knowledgeable and prompt in addressing any questions or concerns I had. Being a newcomer to Canada, it was not an easy task to find a rental unit, but Qterra made it possible. All their paperwork and documentation were done hassle-free. Called to book a showing with Mia and she was great at guiding us through the process. Our agent went ahead and showed us the unit and was able to get us our move in date as well.

So I just received a call from this company. They made it sound like they were a tenant and further into the conversation they advised they have a tenant" who is interested. Then the truth came out regarding a prescreen of the property and the fact I would have to pay 1 month's rent. Rather then release bits of information at a time its better to just be honest wouldn't you say? This is not the right way to conduct business."
