I've been to 3 different physiotherapy places, and had I gone here first, I wouldn't have wasted all my time and money. They have tons of equipment and therapist here to help with all injuries.

My husband Kevin needed to see Dr.Geddes today for a torn tendon/bicep issue at the MSK centre.This doctor and his assistant were AMAZING!! I've never met a nicer doctor.So knowledgeable and friendly!!All the staff there were great and the facility is beautiful and very clean. So impressed! Worth the hour and a half drive to come here.I will refer people to come here!Thank you so much

I had my knee replaced in December 2022. My physio was fantastic and when I went for my 12 week appointment with Dr Grosso he gave me full clearance to go back to my personal trainer full time. I have had zero problems. Dr Grosso did an excellent job. I was at my PT in April and one of the other Orthopedic Surgeons was there from your location and he asked who and when I had my surgery. I told him and he was quite surprised that I was back with my PT 4 months after surgery. I have been outside cycling and my speed and rpm's (cadence) have increased from the last few years. I guess having two good legs is the difference. Thank you Dr Grosso. You are the best in my mind.

Do not ever come to this clinic for anything fracture related. They gave me a day for surgery and then never put me on the list, causing me to miss time off work for no reason. Then when you try to call and talk to someone they won't answer the phones. Would be leaving a 0 star if it let me

The building and staff are all excellent and well organized. The facilities are large and have provided everything I need. Staff at the front desk are also very friendly

When I broke my wrist, I was sent to the centre where I underwent casting for four weeks and to return for x-rays where I waited for 2 1/2 hours to get seen by someone and when I attended my appointment the next day they removed my cast with a saw I felt very warm which is apparently normal but what bothered me the most was that the dead skin cells was just coming off in my hand and it was not suggested that I go and wash it through their facility and they would put something on it to ease the irritation But just asked me to basically keep exercising it told me to wash it when I got home and put cream on it which in my opinion was unacceptable. The dead skin cells were coming off in my ride home..Where is the respect for care that is usually given?This definitely bothered me …Thankfully when I got home, I cleaned up my arm and put wonderful cream on it. It’s just a little complaint compared to what I’ve heard some people talk about, but I had to say something.

I had a great experience today at MSK helping me get fitted for an air cast for my broken ankle. The staff was so friendly and the doctor made me feel so at ease about my situation! Thanks MSK!

My experience is mixed. The front desk staff and support team in the Physiotherapy clinic were fantastic to work with. My Physiotherapist was professional and easy to talk to. The failure point was when critical information, recommendations, and exercises, which I believe would have added in my recovery (dislocated shoulder, now partially frozen), were missed or not shared from the very start (including my initial consultation with Dr. Bayley).

** Review based on experience with Physiotherapist Kyle Ferrigan **I recently had the opportunity to undergo physiotherapy for my ACL with Kyle, whose reputation as a great physiotherapist on Instagram intrigued me. However, my personal experience with Kyle left me with mixed feelings.It became evident that Kyle's level of effort and dedication showcased on social media was primarily focused on gaining views and catering to high-profile athletes who could potentially provide him with exposure. As someone who was not a high-exposure athlete, I noticed a notable difference in the approach Kyle took towards my physiotherapy.While Kyle did provide treatment, I felt that he did not demonstrate the same level of care and attention to detail as he did with his high-profile" athletes. This discrepancy left me questioning whether I was receiving equal quality of treatment compared to those athletes who received his full attention.During my sessions with Kyle

I have been seeing Dr Frey, the Chiropractor from MSK, for many years. In fact, much of our extended family sees him. I believe his treatments have been instrumental in my parents continued independence at 80 & 85 years old! Years ago when my husband and I were newly married, I brought him to see Dr Frey. My husband had been suffering from chronic lower back pain. In a very short time, after Dr Frey’s adjustments, the pain was gone!!! He is a fantastic chiropractor who genuinely knows what he is doing. He will treat you as you need it rather than put you on an expensive “plan”. I can’t say enough good things about him…but don’t take my word for it, make an appointment!
