Beware of this company. They said it is free shipping on their website but it is not. They hid all the information about the shipping fee when you checked out. All off the confirmation emails only include the base price. But they charged shipping fee on your credit card without notify you. I knew about it when I look into my bank account. When I email them, they said it is the third party that collected the money and they had no clue. Well, there are many company with excellence service that try to minimize the shipping fee and be sure that you agree and aware of it before taking your money.Update: It has been 8 days and I haven't heard anything from them. I suddenly received an e-transfer from them today with an amount that does not reflect anything, not the shipping or the price of the items. As long as they provide good customer service, I'm willing to raise the stars and adding new update.However, it seems they have friends/relatives help them to pump up the rating about the same time that I receive the e-transfer. I understand everything now.I don't want to hurt their business. I am just not tolerate dishonesty. Since they have someone else to help them with the rating, I'll keep my original rating and hope that they will improve their service.
