Always a great experience. My dental hygienist Ally is the best. I’m very particular and worried about my teeth and she always takes the time needed to answer any questions or concerns. Definitely glad I transferred to Dentistry @ Arnprior!

I was looking for a new dental office for my family. I brought one of my kids to their office for a annual and was quite shocked on our experience. I did some basic research when looking for a new dental office. I was happy to see they had over 600 overall positive reviews for Arnprior. But after being a patient, I did some research and realized that their reviews are fake. All their Dentistry@ locations have overwhelming reviews. Don't buy into it.Yes, the dental hygienist my daughter and I had were amazing. Really sweet and patient. The dentists are a different story. Both my daughter and I were advised we had several cavities. Myself, I supposedly had 7 and my daughter 4. I was shocked. I only had 1 cavity my whole life. I have a good overall dental health. When trying to ask the dentist questions, he continued to interrupt and tell me my teeth were rotted.I decided to go to two different dentists to see if they had the same opinion. First one was in Ottawa (stittsville) I paid out of pocket for new x-rays. Didn't tell them anything. They said I had no cavities. So I went to a second dental office in Arnprior (which we absolutely love... great experience). Same results.... no cavities. Same for my daughter.So do yourself a favor.... stay away from this dental office. The ladies are lovely. But the rest is toxic. Total money grab

Me and my mother went there on their free clinic day. I got 2 serious cavities filled and my mother got an oral exam done. Everyone was friendly and professional. Was a great experience. Thanks

We went for one of their free dental clinics. The line outside was long (our fault for not leaving the house earlier) but moved as quickly as possible, they can’t exactly rush when it comes to peoples’ teeth. The staff were friendly and organized and came around with lots of cold bottled water and coffee to pass the time. We waited about four hours before it was our turn in line, but the whole process was efficient and well organized. After forty five minutes in the chair, I came out with two fillings and my partner got an exam, totally free. Saved us almost $1100 that we couldn’t have afforded otherwise. Well worth the just over an hour drive and the wait in line, very happy with the experience as a whole.

I decided to change dentists to this one because of all the positive reviews and it definitely was worth it. I got my wisdom teeth extracted and I didn’t feel a thing! Also teeth cleanings are very good. It’s a very welcoming environment especially when you’re scared of the dentist but they make it an easy experience and are very reassuring. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent! I have a big fear of dentists but they were very supportive and understanding. They made me comfortable and were very careful to keep me calm. After the procedure, I was surprised at how quickly it went without any pain. They are a terrific team! Very well done! I would recommend them highly.

They were good until I had almost died and had to go to the hospital at 3am and spent 7 more hours in the hospital under observation. My girlfriend called them to explain why I couldn’t make it and they didn’t care and told her we will owe them $50 for no show. I will definitely be looking for a new dentist maybe one that will show a little understanding for serious matters.

I had a wonderful first appointment yesterday. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The Dental Assistant as well as the Dentist were were very informative and made me feel comfortable. I had been dealing with tooth/mouth pain for over a month and my concerns were taken seriously. I am actually looking forward to my upcoming dental treatment as I am confident that I will be well taken care of. Thank you Jenny, Dr. Gurleen and the rest of the staff at Dentistry @ Arnprior.
