Watson Ink Plumbing

We used Watson Ink Plumbing to replaced a damaged hose for our dishwasher. Though they were very busy with the coldsnap and hot water tanks, they scheduled us in with short notice and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond, were quick and professional. We will defenitely call on them again in the future if need be.

Sean is a very professional person. Putting aside how fast he finished the job and he's work ethic. He's constant communication and updates on the situation are amazing. He replaced my water heater, I can't recommend him enough if you need a plumber. Just call him, when he shows up let him do his work. He will be in and out before you can finish saying hello.

I discovered that my hot water tank had leaked and 2 inches of water had flooded the basement, but even though it was 10:30 p.m. on a Sunday Sean came right over to assess the situation. He was very professional, polite, explained what had happened and made sure things were safe. He picked up a new hot water tank, installed it the very next day and also took the old tank away. Sean was very efficient, took the time to explain the functions and safety features of the new hot water tank, and left the area immaculately clean. Pricing was very reasonable and there was no pressure or upselling. I have and will continue to recommend Sean and Watson Ink Plumbing.

There are those days when everything goes wrong but you know it has to get better at some point and today was that day.. I had what I thought would be a fairly minor non draining kitchen sink, and after a stressful day, I decided to call Sean and to my surprise he was literally here within 20 mins, I just can’t say enough how after discovering the weirdest buildup in the pea trap/pipe, he not once made me feel silly concerning how it must have happened. He knew I was feeling mentally off and he went right to work like the professional he is and before I knew it, I had a working drain again.. I would recommend Sean in a heartbeat.. respectful, compassionate, and his work spot on..he made my evening!

Our plumbing is quite turny so we ended up with a stuck Auger . Sean came out after already working a full day and removed the Auger and fixed our kitchen sink. Highly recommend. He went the extra mile.

This is the way to go. Fortunately, I haven't needed to use their services personally, but have heard nice things about Watson from two different folks.

I contacted Sean via Facebook DM on a Tuesday afternoon. He responded within 20 minutes and was at my house on Weds morning to install a new Hot Water tank and look after some other plumbing issues. I very highly recommend Sean's services for all your plumbing needs!!
