What a great session - were able to go deep into some of my childhood traumas and I was able to forgive my younger self and my father. Definitely recommend.

I can really recommend Shalom if you are someone dealing with religious, family as well as any other trauma you may be facing. He has a way of cottoning onto what pushes you and using that to facilitate very real growth. He is also someone who is unjudgmental, Poly friendly and unflappable in a way that all therapists should be.

Shalom is fantastic therapist. I have been working with him for a few years and and have gained so much.

The hypnosis is a very interesting and weird experience for me. When I was in the hypnosis status, in fact I felt a little uncomfortable and tired. When Shalom asked me did I feel warm or motivation or something else, I felt nothing but I answered yes. During the hypnosis, I had come up with a lot of strange and novel ideas, they seemed unrelated to the hypnosis script, but I don't know. And I interrupted Shalom in the middle of the hypnosis because I wanted to go to the bathroom, so I did not feel very good at the end of the hypnosis. But what is very interesting is that I worked very efficiently and worked for much longer than before. And after a few days, I found I can hypnotize myself easily. I have learnt hypnosis by reading an introduction book but never hypnotized myself successfully.

I highly recommend Navya Hypnosis and working with Shalom! I have come away from every session feeling impacted and like I've learned something new about myself or my past. It's also been very beneficial learning strategies to deal with my past religious traumas. I plan to continue seeing Shalom.

I had a couple of session with Shalom in the recent past. And they have been nothing short of amazing! Both the times I felt completely light after each session as if some burden was lifted off of me. Highly recommend these hypnotherapy sessions for anyone who wants to make lasting changes to their life.
