We asked Kevin to do an energy audit for us, and we were very impressed by (and grateful for) his very specific, straightforward, and honest assessment of what we could do now, what we could consider waiting to do, and what we maybe should never do. We then retained Kevin to do several things to our house (insulation, sealing, venting) as a first step. He completed the work quickly, smoothly, and with great attention to detail. He told us about the Michigan Saves program (he’s an approved contractor for it), which allowed us to finance the work through a local credit union at a lower-than-market interest rate. He also gave us recommendations for other contractors who can do energy improvements that we plan to do in the next year or two. Kevin truly exceeded our expectations and we learned a ton from the experience, too!

After calling a few places to Insulate my basement I hired Kevin and team to do the job. I spent hours researching online and watching YouTube to make sure I picked a good company. I am extremely happy with the results. This team was professional, and Kevin took the time to explain any questions I had.

I had Kevin and his work partner air seal and insulate our attic May 2023. They were both super to work with. They made some adjustments to the initial quote to tailor it to some preferences I had and made some additional adjustments to the project the day of installation. Kevin and his coworker did an excellent job! They installed baffles, sealed where all of the wiring, light fixtures, pipes and any other openings were in our attic. Kevin took the extra time and effort to make a nice seal around our furnace pipe that had an extra, extra wide gap (photo included in review). They installed new insulation, created a barrier around our ceiling attic entrance and redid the attic side of the entrance closer. He put plastic over the doorway and a floor runner down to help stop to much of a mes in our home. He was very professional and efficient in making sure we are completely satisfied with the work he did. We will be calling him back to do some other work for us soon!

I hired Kevin and his team to add insulation to the attic in my house. Kevin and his team were professional, courteous, showed up when they said they would, and were on time…if not a few minutes early! They were respectful of the fact that I have a cat so when they needed to leave the doors open, they let me know ahead of time. They were very conscientious about any mess they may make. They brought their own drop cloths, took their shoes off and vacuumed the area when they were done. Kevin gave me the Consumers Energy rebate right away off from his quote so I didn’t have to deal with getting my money back from them.
