Pricing: fairCommunication: quick responses but lackingWhen I asked for a carfax they said they don't have one. In my 20 years of car buying it's the first time a dealership would not provide a Carfax. So, I had to pay for one out of pocket. When I read the Carfax I understood why they didn't want to provide one. When questioned further on the history of the vehicle I was ghosted by the dealership. Never had this experience before from a Toyota dealership.

Almost two months later my tires shredded, Darcy and the guys in service went out of their way to stand buy their product they sell and got me four brand new tires and made sure I was safe on the road again.
