Raise The Brow

I called a few places before calling Wendy at raise the brow, her knowledge, enthusiasm and friendliness is what brought me in as I had lots of questions for a first time client! I'm a natural blonde so I was worried they would be too dark, but she matched my color perfectly !! I'm so happy with my new eyebrows. Thankyou Wendy !!

I wish it was possible to give a 4 negative stars on this app. After paying for a $350 gift card for my mom, Wendy totally messed up the shape of my moms brows on Dec 28th, 2021. After trying to book her 4-6 week touch up appointment (which would have been in Feb), she said she was booking into March now. After trying to book a March appointment, it was declined. So ok, damage is done, other salons don’t like to do touch ups on someone else’s initial appointment and wendys now saying she’s booking into end of March, which means too much time will pass for a touch up. I asked for a full or partial refund, since my mom had to go somewhere else and do another initial appointment to get her brows fixed. If you don’t know how to shape the brows on a POC, then just don’t. Don’t tell the client during the appointment that you don’t know if you can do this. And then call me after I keep asking for a second appointment that “I don’t need this negativity after hours”. The biggest waste of $350 in my life.

Wendy is very professional, here place of business is clen and welcoming. Wendy takes the time to do a perfect job. I just love my brows. I highly recommend her. Price was fair and her service was excellent
