Service was a little slow despite it not being busy. The dessert was delicious, we got the tofu w/ tapioca, peanuts, taro qq and red bean. It wasn't too sweet and the flavours went well together. Prices were a bit high but the portion was large.

Food is good. This is just a reminder for takeout order to check the content if you change anything in your food. I changed pearl to red bean, but ... nothing changed.

The food is quite good (their chicken legs and taiwanese beef noodles are pretty bomb), but it doesn't compensate for their terrible service. I have eaten at this location several times (service got worse each time), and it probably has one of the worst servers that I've ever experienced.They don't serve water unless you ask. They give the wrong utensils (They gave me a dessert spoon for my noodle soup instead of a soup spoon). This would normally be completely fine, except it takes FOREVER to get a server's attention, and they are irritatingly slow.We sat at the table right next to the checkout counter, and yet it would take forever to try to flag down a server for whatever we needed. At one point, there were EIGHT people at the counter, and yet we still couldn't get their attention to ask for takeout boxes. We finally flagged down one server, but our boxes never came. We asked another, and it still didn't arrive. It wasn't until we asked a THIRD separate server that we got our take out boxes (and he only gave us 2 when we asked for 3)Also, when we went to the cashier, I very clearly told the cashier I ordered the beef taiwanese noodles, but she still mixed our orders up and my friend and I accidentally paid for each other's orders.This is not the first time that I've had poor service in this establishment, and I think I will be ordering takeout from now on.

Normally I’ll give 3 stars for either good service but horrible food or horrible service but tasty stuff, but I want to do one star this time.Food:The first picture is the desert that we choose green bean as topping but they gave us sweet potato first time, we asked for change and they did, as shown. I don’t mind they just change the topping instead of whole plate which a restaurant supposed to be. But at least they can clean up the sweet photo completely.Second picture is a $10.9 beef noodle. Four pieces of beef with super chewy tendon and over cooked noodle. Beside, the soap is sweet that I couldn’t appreciate.Service:LOL

The servers have no idea why they are there, they do not have a clue what is on the menu. Also they love to be on the 2nd floor, if you need them, be ready to wave your hand or call them.I ordered the seafood cheese hotpot and the pop corn chicken. After 30 min I arrived home, I felt nauseous, and sick until I ended throwing up everything I ate. Things on my pot were for sure not fresh. If frozen food is bought, have some decency is cleaning or throwing things out that are obviously old and not serveable.E.g. cleaning the shrimp is not hard, or throwing clams that are turning dark yellow.⚠️Be aware of food poisoning⚠️Overall not a pleasant experience.

Came here with 4 people, place was empty but was told we had to buy 4 things to sit down and eat. Got 2 shaved ices instead for takeout but got our orders mixed up (got the wrong flavour and got random toppings added that we didnt ask for). Service was bad and looked like only 2 of the 7 workers knew what they were doing...

Bubble tea place with food options - always good to have. Located in yet another student apartment complex. They have lots of guest parking spots for apartment visitors.Standard, modern decor. The main ordering area (for to go) is on the second floor, with the first floor having more seating and a nicer view for people watching.Service was OK, agreed with other reviewer that the layout was inconvenient since the staff are mostly hanging out on the second floor, so it's hard to grab their attention from the first floor. Strange pacing as we received our dessert before our lunch items, though I guess we were eating at a random time (around 230pm).Mango sago was standard. We also got some Taiwanese side dishes, and a hot pot dish, which were nothing special but definitely unique.Will need to come back to try their bubble tea.

Quick and polite service. Nice atmosphere in the cafe, lots of space to sit both upstairs and downstairs. Big variety of desserts and other foods. Fairly big portions for a fair price. I'd recommend this place!

Bubble tea and desserts are pretty good. The store has a decent amount of seating. Service is a bit lacking though. Not bad!

Always check for the contents if you order a take out. Sometimes, they mix up your order or forgot one or two item. Like the crispy chicken with rice I ordered recently has less chicken than usual and was very oily (likely because of oil temp being too low) and the rice on the bottom of the container is hardened and veggies has turned yellow. (they probably put the rice container in a warmer for a while)Check for the contents and make sure they are right!!!Also once my bobas weren't cooked thoroughly... it's still hard on the inside.
