Very good service. We did some courier from this location and now I am using them for my all shipping need. Store owner Harpreet very knowledgeable and helping guy. They did business card for me as well and I am surprised when they give my business card in 2 hr.

I had an odd item that I had to ship and Harpreet walked me through it all! He found a box that it would fit in and made the whole process so easy. I was really impressed with him and his staff. VERY professional and friendly. I will always ship from here now.

Guy on the phone was pretty rude. I was calling to inquire about a package to make sure it was there before driving there to pick it up. He just said if you got an email it’s here and then just hung up on me while I was mid sentence. Not very good customer service

I spent 120$ for an international shipment of a important letter and it was delivered to the receiver in torn up state. The store staff was completely unhelpful in securing a refund or providing any level of customer service. They committed twice that they will call me back with picture proof of shipment delivered without damage but they never supplied that or help me get even partial refund.The disappointment is not the damaged shipment but how they treat the customer. I wish I read reviews of this store before using their service.

I forgot his name but he is the owner of the store, he is one of finest man in terms of customer service, value for money and quality. Overall I am very much happy and satisfied with this UPS location.

This store supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. everyday but right now it's 9:07 a.m. and nobody is here. So I would suggest don't waste your time coming here cuz you really don't know if they are open or not.

I walked into the store to pick up a package and. I handed my ups paper to the lady in the front and she had said they sent my package back to the sender, I was asking her who I could contact in order to receive it because I was told that my package was still at their store and some guy from the back came to the front starting saying that this wasn’t a storage place for my package and was arguing and talking rudely for no reason when I simply asked who I could contact, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Awful experience. Don't ship anything to this store. The dude at the front tried to take my license to the back of the shop to look for my stuff, and I told him no.He kept ignoring me and talking to some other guy, and this elderly guy came out from the back, sliding and kicking parcels with his feet. I'm not talking slow shuffling, I mean full on kicking.If you want to ship something to this store, make sure it's covered in like 10 layers of bubble wrap.Or don't use that store at all.

The guys inside are helpful, but the store is located in an industrial type plaza - with car repair shops next door. Parking is extremely limited, and there's NO PARKING signs everywhere. I think they have 2 or 3 spots right in front of the store, where it's legal to park. All other spots are reserved for visitors to other stores/shops. Bad location!
