Crystal Clear Pool Services

I would highly recommend Crystal Clear Pool Services. We have used 2 other companies in the past 4 years for weekly services as well as opening and closing our pool. These guys were great! Knowledgeable and easy to communicate with with reasonable rates. We will be using them again next season.

Thank you for your service.*********************I trusted them with my pool opening, maintenance and closing work. They opened my pool saying few tasks to be done next week while maintaining. They did not wait to see if my pump and plumbing is working properly. In next two days when I realized there is a leak in plumbing, and called them, they asked me to keep the pump off and they will put a temporary fix next day, and will repair the leak later, as they are too busy opening the pool of others. That next day came after 3-4 days, but still the filter was having issue and the water was getting dirty like a pond. When I called Steve again (after several tries could reach him), he said everything is fine, just that chemicals need to be put in the water. When I told him, he should put chemicals as he and his is supposed to do maintenance of the pool, he said he will see if he can drop by, but did not. It's been 12 days, my pool is still a dirty little pond.For doing a job which you pay for, if you have to chase your contractor like you are getting it free, then that is not professional service.

The team did a great job! I ended up replacing my filter in which the previous pool service didn't do a proper close resulting in a leak. The team did a great job with the opening and the filter replacement and would definitely recommend. Looking forward to working with these guys for the closing and for future seasons!

I had Peter and Troy opening my pool today. they were soo nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. they took time to explain me everything. I will definitely be their customer forever! These guys are awesome, I have been using them for 5 years now, I started with a safety cover as we had a new puppy and was worried she would fall in over the winter, now she likes to sunbathe on the safety cover during the winter.Steve the owner is very knowledgeable and has diagnosed several problems for me over the years usually over the phone which negates the need for a service call which is nice !

So impressed with these guys. Moved into a new home and had trouble priming pool pump. After several calls to pool companies with very little offer of service, Steve spoke to me over the phone over the long weekend and helped me solve it in minutes. For the willingness to serve a potential customer, I'll be a customer for life.

Two guys came and they were very friendly. They were on time and worked quickly but clearly knew what they were doing. Anytime I would ask a question, they'd stop what they were doing to answer me which was amazing and rare to see in this day and age. The service was very good and I'd use them again.

I sadly didn't have the same experience as some people here - great at booking me in to open my pool and taking money on that front, but received very little support when I ran into issues afterwards, and missed some really obvious things like the fact the water in my pool was super low and could have blown out my pump. Ended up starting over with another local pool company called Pool Mates that could offer great customer service, trouble shooting, and were awesome at helping me figure out the pool at my new home. Maybe this company is better for people that have more pool experience than I have, who knows! Best of luck to them!
