Mat did an amazing job with repairing our unit. He was courteous and professional in explaining the issues with the unit and ways on how to prolong the life span of our unit. We initially had issues with our warranty and had to wait more than a month for parts but we spoke with their manager John and found a solution to our problems. I look forward to having Mat as our service tech in our future appointment.

Max was very friendly and efficient. He was able to repair one flush and needed to replace the other. He cleaned everything up and got rid of the discarded flush for us when he was done. He was great to work with and he represents ET Mechanical very well.

The entire business dealing was professional done by the ET staff. They came out to give an estimate on a 3 zone mini split system exactly when they said they would. They came out to do the install exactly when they said they would. They were finished within the time frame they gave and cleaned up nicely. The 3 member install team were all very friendly and courteous.All in all I could not be more satisfied.

E.T. Mechanical was fantastic! My kitchen sink had been leaking because of a broken p-trap, but Max, the plumber, arrived punctually and swiftly got to work. He had to redo some piping, but in just 30 minutes, he had fixed the issue completely. I was very pleased with the result! Max was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend E.T. Mechanical to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I wouldn't recommend E.T and we won't be doing any more business with them. We had some plumbing done which was sufficient, no complaints, then a new electrical panel installed and had them clean/inspect our heat pump. The heat pump service was fine as well, nice guy and happy with the service. However after having the new panel put in then breakers have been blowing left and right, I can't have more than 3 things plugged in at a time. We already had them come back twice regarding the panel. The customer service is also very poor. We paid to have a membership and it wasn't clearly communicated what was covered/the discount. My husband had called and wanted to cancel the membership, long story short it was never cancelled, we were charged and they refused to reimburse us the money saying that we didn't inform them / they had no record of us requesting to cancel. They are polite enough on the phone and in person but sometimes the actual problems don't get resolved, making for a bad experience. I was torn between giving 2 or 3 stars due to the mix of good and bad experiences we've had, but the poor customer service and electrical problems mean that I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone, nor will I use their services again.

I had no water, Jeff came within 2 hours and fixed the problem, changed out a faulty wire for my pump and got it all fixed up kind and quick. He also informed me of some other potential problems down the road with my water heater and what to look out for . I appreciated him taking the time to inform me and look out for the customers best interest. Always a positive experience with ET Mechanical. They are excellent.

I have mixed reviews. I would recommend ignoring the Comfort Club sales pitch.I have had good work done by ET. That said I have had two emergencies recently, and they have let me down. As a Comfort Club subscriber I was sold on the front of the line guarantee"

Matt did phenomenal work here today. I called to have a plumber come out to the house to look at my hot water heater this morning. I was scheduled in for 1:30 the same day!Before my service I got a text with a summary and picture of Matt.He was prompt and professional. He was knowledge about hot water heaters, walked me through what he was going to do and then went to work getting it done.Thanks so much for the amazing service Matt!

I didn't find this company super efficient, I waited over 2 weeks for a quote to fix my heat pump. When the cost of having the inspection done is $228 I'd expect a bit faster on something like a quote. Staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend if you are not in a time crunch.

This business has gone downhill in the last 3 years since purchasing 2 heat pumps. Just try to get a hold of someone! Comfort Club is nothing but a farce and certainly do not believe there is anyone working on emergency calls.
