Great hotel. Staff refuses to accommodate working crews tho. There was a time when energy workers were welcome in this country. It's sad to see our own here in alberta treat us like second class citizens.

Since we have family in Sundre, we've never needed to visit this hotel. It looked nice from outside, but it was unlikely that we'd ever stay there.This year for Christmas, all of our family was together for the first time in years, and we decided to stay at the hotel with our kids so they could swim, and we wouldn't overwhelm my parents at their home.The hotel itself is very new, and exceptionally clean and well appointed. As soon as we walked into the lobby, we were immediately impressed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and we were quickly checked in and unloaded into our room.The room was very nice also; beds are super comfortable, all of the furniture and appointments were very high quality, and the shower was simply excellent.The pool area is small, but sufficient. A small hot tub and some seating area around the deck, plus washrooms and a rinse shower, towels are provided at the door.The television selection was underwhelming, but who cares.. we weren't there to watch TV. The morning breakfast was set out at 5am (I'm an early riser and can confirm they were setup before I got out to the lobby), and there is a selection of hot and cold drinks available from the breakfast area 24hrs a day.Parking was plentiful, and there was even a few powered spaces to plug in, which we needed for the first night thanks to the cold temperature.Overall this was a great place to spend a few days while visiting family for Christmas; a quiet place to retreat and recharge from the hustle and bustle of a house full of family, a pool for the kids to burn off some energy, and a quiet morning coffee by the fireplace in the lobby.Thank you to all of the staff who made sure our stay was enjoyable, I hope that you had a great Christmas as well!

I had come into town for a dinner event for a local business back in November, and I ended up needing to stay another night due to the snow storm that come through the first night I was there, and the front desk ladies were amazing about getting me another room since I had already checked out! Very clean and a great place to stay overall!!

I should of wrote this review years ago but better late then never. We had a fire in our house and I had to book me and my kids in short notice in the night while my husband delt with the house. The staff was like family taking us in and even packed my kids lunches for school the next day. We ended up staying the whole week and my children to this day have never forgot the holiday they had in their own home town. Breakfasts were awesome, the pool, and help with lunches and extra stars for keeping your hotel pet free. It’s getting harder and harder to find a safe allergy free hotel.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed just before Christmas and it was virtually empty. The pool is small but nice and has a hot tub. The rooms are very spacious and the entire hotel is very clean. The breakfast didn’t have hot options (not sure if they usually do when it’s not so empty?), but had excellent muffins, oatmeal you can make, fruit, yogurt, and ready to heat and take breakfast sandwiches, as well as juice, coffee, and tea. I definitely recommend this hotel

A gem on the prairies.Clean, modern hotel, great value. Staff are happy and friendly. I won't stay anywhere else if I'm back in the area. I've stayed a Grand Hyatt's before and this was a nicer experience.Pool and gym equipment are great too.

I travel a lot for work and can assure that this hotel has one of the greatest price-quality balance of the whole country. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the interiors look modern and very well taken care of, and the rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds. Complimentary snacks 24/7 is definitely a bonus!Kim at the front desk was very welcoming and helped me acommodate me and my family of 5 through a ver smooth check in process. The place looks exactly as shown in the google photos. Definitely highly recommended whether you travel for work or leisure.

This hotel met our needs for our trip to hike and horseback ride perfectly. The hot tub warmed us up and was a lovely bright place to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy. We were the only people in the pool area during the 5 or 6 times we used it. The room was spacious and comfortable and the fridge and microwave came in handy. The breakfast room meant I could get coffee and breakfast without waking my partner. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel! Most of it full of our guests that attended daughters wedding! Staff absolutely AMAZING! Beyond friendly, helpful and welcoming! Very clean rooms! All our guests were so pleased with their stay ! Thank you staff!!!
