We have been coming to East Plains Animal Hospital for about 7-8 years and cannot say enough good things about everyone there, each of the vets and staff members. We were pleased with our relationship anyway, but the care, patience and guidance we have received in the last few years with our now 16 year old Golden retriever has been incomparable. My partner I have discussed moving out of Burlington, and if we do, we will continue to bring our pet to East Plains. Thank you for all that you do!

For those looking for a new vet just be aware - get ready to open your wallets and don't expect upfront price transparency.This has been my vet for the last few years. I've found that costs have ballooned over the past year so if you're on a budget you may want to request costs upfront.I will share most recently I was charged $100 to get a quote. I was also charged $75 for a follow up appointment that in the past has always been free. If they wish to charge that, that is certainly their prerogative as a business however without sharing that upfront it can be very frustrating to customers.On customer service - the team is nice and always tries to accomodate for appointments when they can which is appreciated, however I was told on 2 seperate occasions that the team would follow up via phone call and never received those calls.

I am taking my puppy to East Plains Animal Hospital. The staff are super friendly and kind and Dr. Cummings is an outstanding vet. My little girl didn't have a great start in life but is happy, healthy and thriving now. I've had animals my entire life and I am so happy to have found this clinic. Highly recommend!

Our pets have had great care here. The new clinic is well laid out.How graciously they helped us with a suddenly terminally ill pet shows how much they care for both their animal and human clients.

I can only say THANK YOU! They're the best vet clinic I've been to. They're always there when you need them and are very kind to you. As a puppy owner we tend to over worry about our little ones since they can't say much, but this place is always there to listen. They'll accommodate as much as possible and they will comfort you until your little one is well. I know I have nothing to fear when my puppy is in their good hands. 10 stars to this amazing place! ⭐

We have been using East Plains since they opened here. Great staff, great attention to the animals - and the owners. Recently had to put down our Donzi after years of service here but even through COVID they were attentive and compassionate. We thank you for your effort and love of animals!

I had an amazing experience with my dog the vet is very humble and supportive. We were always worried that the surgery process would be hard on Choco and us but they handled it amazingly.

I have been taking my 9 year old dog, Onyx, to East Plains Animal Hospital since we adopted her 8 years ago. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and compassionate. I fully trust the care of Dr. Loh and her team to continue taking good care of my little girl. Thanks so much!
