I rarely ever go to this location but had a great experience! My waitress Meagan did a phenomenal job serving us, she was very efficient and never left us waiting, always checked in to make sure we had everything. The food was wonderful and so were the drinks. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A PHENOMENAL dinning experience. First time at the Guelph line Burlington location. Our server Hayley was exceptional. The kitchen staff Dusty and Tyson were able to meet our special requests food was fantastic. Finally the manager Corrine was so kind and ensured our meal met our expectations. 5 star experience will definitely be back!!!

I hate leaving bad reviews but I took my family here a few days ago and had a terrible experience, I thought I would wait a few days to calm down before leaving a review but I am still upset. We were really upset and left there feeling robbed of the money spent. The restaurant was busy that evening but not packed and the problems started immediately. The positives were the bread kept getting dropped off frequently and the server was nice. First big issue when my daughter's tried to order the sliders from the kids menu we were told they have no ketchup(waitress informed us it was recalled, in which we couldn't find a recall anywhere). So no ketchup not the end of the world. So when asking for cheese on the burger we were informed they have no cheddar so it would have to mozzarella. Ok annoying but oh well. So we ordered the rest of our food and I went to Dennigers quickly to get ketchup(sad that I had to do that to bring ketchup to a restaurant). When our flat bread Bruschetta showed up it had basically no Bruschetta on it. We tried it anyway and it was bland at which point we had noticed our serving plates were dirty(Grossly dirty). So we asked for new ones and I asked why the Bruschetta basically had none on it and the waitress informed me its more of a flat bread pizza(I would have been happy if she offered to resolve it, maybe bringing out bruschetta to put on it, instead she just took it away and made no effort to fix the problem, I clearly wanted the bruschetta). When dinner arrived my wife's did not come out at the same time. So my dinner was cold by the time her dinner showed up. My pasta was flavorless and I have honestly had better tasting frozen pastas. My wife started to eat hers and found her bowl was dirty and not cleaned properly. So understandably she lost her appetite. I strongly recommend not going to Eastside Mario's or if you do try visiting another location, this one has no standards. For the $120 meal for 5 we could have easily eaten better pizza elsewhere 2 or 3 times for the same price. I work hard for my money and I feel this place stole it from me in exchange for poor quality food and service.

went for dinner and had a great time. The food was good the prices decent and the service was excellent. Our waitperson for the evening was Sophie and we could not have asked for better. We did not feel rushed, she was very attentive and her infectious personality made the evening that much more enjoyable.This is the second time we came from Toronto to dine here as the last time our waiter Jeff went above and beyond as well and lets face it it is all about the service. Congrats to a great restaurant with awesome staff.J and R

Ordered caesar salad, light with the dressing. Received caesar salad swimming in dressing.Also I don't mind kids birthday parties, but you don't usually seat senior customers right beside them.

Came for a quick bite. Server was friendly and prompt. Although didn't check on me to refill drinks. Bread service was good. Garden salad was not. Dressing lacked flavour. Tasted watered down. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Pasta was Al Dente but the sauce and meatballs lacked flavour. Good portion. Overall food was good not great. Good location and atmosphere was more sports bar than restaurant. Place was not very busy at 5pm. Overall a good not great experience but I'd return.

Eastside is always a great place to enjoy Italian pasta, pizza, soup, salad and sandwiches. We went for lunch and had the all you can eat soup, salad and bread sticks for $13.99. Soup was great, nice and hot. Salad was made fresh , we had both Caesar and Garden salad. We also tried the calamari however it was stuck to the pan burnt on the bottom and very rubbery. Manager was great, she addressed it quickly with an apology and removed it from our bill. We also tried the spinach dip, it was hot and creamy very good. The server was very attentive and made sure we had lots of bread. We go to Eastside often and this location was great!! Very clean and organized. I DO recommend this Eastside Mario’s!

Great food and service. Megan was prompt, efficient, and was attentive. As for the manager, she's awesome, took care of her customers, and her staff to ensure they got the proper breaks plus she assisted tables too while they go on break to ensure they are well taken care of.This is the best location and I will definitely be back!

Great East Side Mario’s location in the Burlington Centre Mall (entrance is on the outside of the mall) The restaurant was clean and well maintained, the service was great and the food looked, smelled and tasted delicious. The price was decent for a lunch menu, the lunch portions are the perfect size. Restrooms were clean and tidy. East side Mario’s participates in the Scene points program also which is a great bonus!

Nice, clean & spacious place overall. The atmosphere is more of a sports-bar. Food was average, service was good & staff were friendly. I'd go back to watch a game, have a drink and grab an appetizer.
