I brought my Mercedes-Benz GLC300 2019 for B4 services at MB AutoCare for the first time and am totally satisfied with the services. Mark, the owner and Mercedes-Benz certified mechanic, is genuine and honest about what need to be done and what can wait. Pricing is amazing. Had a service B done to my E class in under an hour and for probably at least 40% cheaper than the dealer:) Definitely coming back!

Over the past several months I have gone to a few different places to remedy what should have been a simple issue...which compounded over time. After being given poor quality service and left with that sense they either did more harm than good or I'm just supposed to bend over and let them keep on giving me the feeling no lube was available! Lol...During the Christmas break I started searching for anyone in the area who might be able to help me with my '09 C300 and get back on the road safely and I came across the awesome reviews for Mark and Zach at MBAutoCare.I had to wait until this week to bring my car to them but it was well worth the wait.They knew immediately what the issue was and dealt with it directly with one small part per side and not a complete new axle as I had been told by others. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable about their work.. they are completely open and honest about their business and they made me feel as comfortable as a family member...a brother. I will definitely be coming back for any other services my car needs as well as bringing my wife's C230 in so she has a safe car to drive. I highly recommend Mark and Zach and MBAutoCare because they really do care! Thank you both.

Honestly Mark at MB auto is the best. I had brake pads and rotors replaced on my Ml350 because the previous owner had after market brake pads which caused a rattle over bumps. But after replacement no more rattling. Thanks to mark.

Great service as always, been coming to MB AutoCare for years. Mark’s keen eye during an oil change today caught a bad news good news situation. We were planning on starting a drive to Moncton NB later today which would have resulted in a very bad situation for us. Both front tires were badly worn out on the inner tread side out of sight and were a real safety hazard that wouldn’t have survived the road trip. Bad news our trip got delayed, good news we and the CLA avoided a highway disaster. Thank you Mark for getting us safely and quickly back on the road. Terry & Diane

A1 service. If you are servicing your vehicle anywhere else, you are not getting the best. These guys know their stuff and their honesty and professionalism is what makes repeat customers. Do yourself a favour a give them a call.
